Looks like PM fell out with Buckle Consulting. New website, new database, new server, new hosting company.
Why not just be upfront with customers rather than pretend you've 'enhancing' your site?

I was going to answer this yesterday but i thought i would see if anyone else stepped up. As you have noticed a lot of posters here dont contribute to answer any questions. Of the last three queries on who to use i've have been the only poster to attempt any answer to them.
Heres my take.
Sending to BFPO is complicated dependant on where they are and which OP it is. If its more than the free 2kg from family then generally you send up to 30kg with parcelforce from a Post Office for about £5 but read here for more detailed info
http://www.bfpo.mod.uk/faqs.htm#op1
Finland is expensive - spilt into 2kg packets and use RM or have a look at
http://www.worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk/ where it will be about £18.
France you should be able to do for about £12 i would think.0 -
I have booked fed ex economy through interparcel. The delivery label states that it should be placed in a pouch. Is this vital- can I tape it instead. Or will the driver have pouches?
the chances of a Fedex driver having pouches is about 1 in 50.
If its an address label with barcodes cover it completly with clear wide tape so it doesnt get damaged and is waterproof in case ink runs.
If its invoices for an export put in a freezer or sandwich bag or similar and tape to the outside so it can be opened.0 -

I concur, personally I'd do exactly as Kayster suggests.
You are of course going to only send these parcels when these unexpected international customers have paid you the extra postage??0 -
why would a buyer complain about getting their item quicker and full tracked than using rm? unless of course they want it untracked because they intend to put in a item not received claim when it arrives
Because if you actually read what I said some people who may not be in all day find its far easier to pick up from a sorting office than arranging to visit a couriers depot or pay a courier extra to get it redelivered (as some charge extra). Tracked or untracked makes no difference (Rm it may be fully tracked also). They might not actually get it quicker than RM so confused where you have that assumption from0 -
Can anyone advise me on sending alcohol to EU and America, cheapest method for say 1KG size 30x23x23cm.
Sending alcohol seems to be restricted by everyone I have looked at.

£9.60. You could send it in the UK for £9.58 (standard parcels) so yes it's approx the same cost. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Wesker,
Sorry to read your post. If you give me an order number or username once the site is live agian I will forward all details to our account Manager at City Link and our own team.
As you say with the Bank holiday weekend nothing can be done before Tuesday though. They should always leave a card and photo the door if no one answers so I will see what I can find out.Hi, thanks for your reply. The order number is PM_198657_272152 and the consignment number MBG56694.
I have tracked it on the City Link website but it just says Collection Scheduled, no mention of a failed collection.
Also i have managed to log on to the Parcel Monkey website this morning but this order is missing from my account.
Any news on this please? I rearranged collection with a different courier and the parcel was picked up today. I have used the 'Contact Us' form on the Parcel Monkey website as soon as it was up and running again, but have not heard back from anyoneErrrr...come back later0
