We do not know that the buyer will be happy if she uses RM.
The original poster was unsure which delivery method had been listed.
It was someone else who said IF she had said RM be careful about using someone else.
sigh, the point people are trying to make is that if you list RM then send by RM
you seem incapable to see that buyers may specifically choose a listing for the postage method listed
they are not saying use RM all the time, just use the service you listed
thats it,you seem to think because a courier suits you it should suit everyone regardless0 -
Arrrrg please can someone help me??? i am totally new to sending anying other than by RM (convenience for me) - i have just sold some bundles (about 5kg in weight each) and did state in the listing ''UK postage only!!!'' however 3 numpties have decided to ignore this and bid and won....I now have 3 sellers asking for their items to be sent overseas. Tempted to cut my losses and say no but with the new £4 p&p rule i'll be !!!!!!ed if my second chance offers don't get accepted
Not impressed.
Anyway to cut a long story short can someone help me with the more reputable/reliable couriers to send overseas via, and try and keep costs down? I have one to France, and one to Finland.
Also please can someone help me understand BFPO addresses? Even though it's in Germany will it still cost the same to send as in UK, eve at a 5kg weight? This is what the buyer has informed me. Many thanks!Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -
Good morning everyone,
Our site is now back up and running following extensive updates to our system over the Easter weekend.
Thanks very much to all those who have waited to make bookings and sorry once again for the length of time the site was down.0 -

It appears we all have to reset passwords etc.
Seems to be a problem with current orders?
I placed order 198817 Friday night, and money taken, but never had a mail with the label to print. As there shows no history of orders either past or present, I can't get a reprint.
Any ideas?0 -

No ideas but i can confirm a similar experience.
I thought i would try them again after a lay off and had to wait for an email so i could reset password.
Old account history has gone but my order for one parcel today shows as pending with no label sent and no label received.
I notice the advert on the bottom of their website for Buckle Consulting who did the old site has gone.0 -

Bloody hell what a mess.
Just went to book new deliveries but your site is a mess. Getting all different prices, collection addresses disappeared, cannot search for addresses as auto lookup has gone, different quote pages where you can only put whole kg weights in. You are shooting yourselves in the foot.0 -
My Parcel Monkey label has arrived OK. Its a redesigned label and better than the last one with slightly toned down Monkey Mania.
Oddly it says 10 items in consignement 10 but there is only 1 item0 -
I hadnt realised i was arguing with you.
I thought we were discussing the results of the different delivery methods when the receiver is not at home.
Thing was you did come over as very stroppy in response to custardy's sensible, thoughtful and measured posts. Probably the way you wrote it was not the way you wanted to come across, but you did come across as argumentative.0 -
I have booked fed ex economy through interparcel. The delivery label states that it should be placed in a pouch. Is this vital- can I tape it instead. Or will the driver have pouches?0
