Still waiting for mine from BT. I called them a while ago and the nice lady said the warehouse wasn't answering the phone so couldn't tell me what's happening. They are going to ring me back and let me know. It's coming to my office which is on a big industrial estate so they have no excuses for not finding it.

Thanks for the replies all. I ordered from BT, Dabs was sold out by the time I had finished umm-ing and ahh-ing! I am in Liverpool, and it sounds like the white van man was probably meant to be delivering to me. They are the ones who cause me so many problems, worse luck.

I don't know who delivered mine. I've been working nights and was crashed out on the sofa yesterday. When I woke up, it had been left on the doorstep.

I ordered from BT on Saturday too. So, Tuesday delivery wasn't too bad, still for £20 I'd not be happy waiting too long.

Looks a great PC for the cash, I went just for the 3000, but it's for the in-laws, and they were ready to pay over half the total cost on a legal OS alone.

still can't find these built in speakers so have rang BT they are sending me another - not happy as this means waiting 2 - 3 working days possibly till Tuesday with the Bank Holiday and all uggh

Dell monitors don't have built-in speakers. You get an extra "sound bar" which clips under your TFT monitor, so looks like they just didn't send it to you.

I ordered from BT on Monday p.m. Initial City Link delivered 1 box (my monitor) at midday, the other box (my base unit) has been mis-sorted and sent to Rotherham:rolleyes: It should arrive tomorrow :j

I didn't think the box received was for me at first :mad: 'cos it has a Dell lable with another delivery address on it :eek: But when I looked closer, the BT lable with my details was there too:rolleyes:

Dell lable is dated Dec 2005. What do you reckon has happened here? Could it be a cancelled order from December

Now I'm off to investigate, to see if my speaker thing is included:D

Looks like the supplies might be drying up.

After getting my 5150 (£229) from Dabs yesterday, I ordered a couple more for use at work.

But just received a email from Dabs, stating it is no longer available as the product is now discontinued.

They still have another £229 model but with a different product code, so I'll try them instead.
