Am back from hairdressers and market, so have shiny hair cut, and some fruit etc. for the journey (to stop me eating sweets) - i'm going to see what I can take by way of snacks to save some money, but really we are going to enjoy ourselves, and thankfully I don't NEED to count the pennies, its just a habit.

    Catch everyone after the weekend.

    Have a good one!

    Yay I'm back!!
Had a lovely weekend, lovely weather, some brilliant tennis and time spent with my sister; we hardly talked about family (or Mum) just totally chilled.

    Really tired, back later.

Had a really good weekend, have spent most of today sorting stuff out. I couldn't do any washing today as next door have been using power tools to clear out the pointing at the back of the house, so everywhere was covered in cement dust.
I only spent just over 30 quid at Wimbledon, so came home with money.

Best match we watched was the veterans doubles on Saturday - Mansoor Barami and Mark Woodbridge v Pat Cash and Andrew Castle. We've seen them on the telly, but they are so much better in real life. I would have paid just to watch them!
And Rafa Nadal walked past within 10 yards of us, I nearly choked on my strawberries!

When we saw the order of play, we just had to see it. They did stuff like have a butler bring them champagne, and put a couple of chairs on the court and just sat there chatting. Sister has some photo's so I'll try and post them somewhere.

We also saw the boy's doubles, that lad from Stockport who seemed to do well in the first set, but then lost it a bit.

Off to Shropshire tomorrow, only this week and next to go. But a few things buzzing around re: jobs.

Back to work today - after a longer than normal weekend, it was really hard to keep going all day. Particularly as most of my work is done now, so less to actually do, I am just typing up processes and documentation etc.

It's fair to assume that I won't walk straight from one job to another. I read on someones thread (strangely I think it was KC's) about a Six Sigma book, so will use some of the time to refresh my brain about lean processes and all the associated jargon. That's what most of my job is, but although I've done some of the training, I just *do* it, rather than use the correct terminology.

    But.....
I have an interview next week for a full time job! Can't really give details on here, but they approached me!

Back from fat club, lost another pound and a half. Off out for something to eat, and will catch up with everyone later.
