Getting out of my comfort zone

Have made 'fairy cakes' so will ice them in a bit, funny how they look better if all put together on a plate though. M&S shop was OK, just got some bits - veg deals 2 for £3.50 so got roasties, and ratatouille and some prepared veg for with meal. not very MSE but sometimes its nice to have a treat.
Came home in time to watch the match, atmosphere in the ground seemed really good. Washing is dry on the line, loads of ironing done, and more washing in machine.
Did another online grocery order, did it through moneysupermarket, and Mr T was about £3 dearer than Mr A all the way through, and then I added the fresh fruit and Mr T came out cheaper, so will do it that way in future. There is some stuff that Mr T don't sell and if I switch to Mr A there is some stuff I can't get, so no matter what, I will still have to go out. I also need to think about getting the fruit and veg box from the farm again. Unfortunately they have set delivery days for each area, so while DS has been working I've not been able to get my box, so may start that again now he is here. Maybe do it once a fortnight, and a big shop from supermarket once a month.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Had a lovely afternoon yesterday, friends came round, we had roast beef, yorkshires etc. Friend was sooo impressed by my yorkshires that she went looking for the packet in the bin:rotfl:
She always complains that she can't do roast, but I can't cook Chinese food as well as she can, so we're quits.
We also sat out in the yard with a glass of wine, not really warm enough, but it was nice.
I've been to Zumba again - can you see the halo? Off to find some rubbish to watch on the telly.
Have a good evening if you're reading.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

I'm working/slash watching Horizon where scientists are releasing predators back into their natural habitats in America - even if that means into suburban neighbourhoods - fascinating!0 -
Having posted on Monday night, the world went a bit pear shaped.
Mum was rushed into hospital on Monday because she had no feeling in her leg. She had emergency surgery to remove a blood clot in her femoral artery, but during the surgery her heart kept failing., so she is in Critical Care Unit.
She is off the ventilator now, but is by no means out of the woods, as breathing for herself puts pressure on her heart. Visiting is restricted, so my house is going to be spotless, as I don't know what to do with myself.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
