That must be reserved for special
customers then.
Don't quite know how to take that really;):D
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -

It does give yo some excellent benefits and think it's truely worth it for the money you pay, if they let you upgrade that is !! Also i have the same olympic card now but think the old premier card used to look much better and also had the word prmier written on it !! The new card is a bit of disappointment really IMO ..
You are so right, I hate the new Premier Debit Card, nothing Black about it, more a dark grey really.
If it was not for the fact I put my Old Platinum Card next to it, I would have sworn it was the same card, if it going to be a Black Card, at least Lloyds make the card Black.
Oh, and bring back The Horse on the Debit Card, do a way with The Olympic Rings, I loved that black beast.0 -

I am a 99 Credit Policy Decline and have been since last year and I don't think its anything to do with Halifax as I have been 99 since before they merged. One advisor in the branch who has now left sadly and was very good told me that as I had adverse data when I opened the account the system will set you at 99 which will auto decline everything without using an external search, so overdrafts etc will auto decline, for example on the screen it shows me being offered a £1500 OD and offer credit card, but they can't as it will be automatically declined.
The 99 CPD is TOTALLY separate from the 1-9 score as the 99 is your EXTERNAL rather than INTERNAL. That said I was also told that after a year of having the account the 99 would be ignored and only based on my INTERNAL data (Score) with LTSB, but so far I have no evidence of that !.0 -

Not a poser no, just careful with my money, and know what I want for it!! :T0 -
Nah, just offered Classic and Silver - Internal rating of "99 - Credit Policy Decline". Even though my old Nationwide account has a 3-in1 card, chequebook and overdraft.
Was told that that would change in 4-6 months. Which was lies.
My OH banks with Lloyds TSB and they keep an internal record of how often you apply for account upgrades, overdraft increases, and the like.
They pre-decline any applicants that have already applied the last three months; so this would explain your decline reason code of "Internal Policy" - as it's their policy not to approve anyone who's applied for something in the last three months.
Abstain for 3-6 months, you should be hot to trotCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

I think lloyds system is pretty confusing that even some of their staff do not understand.
As stated, i have seen someone with good clear credit file on all 3 CRA but yet LTSB still wont give him upgrades due to what they call 'credit bureau data'.
How does one work this out?0 -
