Sorry Donny. I thought this was a reference to some less than pleasant occurances on the boards yesterday.I still stand by my points tho.Now I am off to get pregnant so I will be more acceptable here...:P
You seem to have some sort of complex, making silly statements like this, I just wonder why you responded to an email that was not revering to you, and that you seem to kick off whenever I see you posting whether on here or not.
Certainly getting pregnant is no possible for me nor would I wish to be at my age:o, nor should anyone else consider it unless they are prepared for the result.

Morning all
I'm back in work today. Meant to be having an admin day for the teens joining my course next week but only 2 out of 5 have turned up this morning, grrr. Hopefully the 6 pencilled in for after lunch will turn up!
Weather is rubbish here too. I was lucky to have glorious sunshine on my day off yesterday! Really annoyed cos I wanted to walk to work today but it was raining too much so had to bring car.
I had cheese pie and baked beans for tea last night, made 2 portions but will probably have that for tomorrow's tea. I've got some of my mum's HM celery soup for dinner tonight, nice and easy.
Nothing else OS planned for the evening, just gonna chillax on my sofa
Jayne and George, you are both in my thoughts.
Have a good day all

This is very un-OS, but I meant to tell you all earlier...I was watching an episode of 'Coast' from Cornwall to South Wales last night.... it was the one where Neil Oliver went swimming in the buff at Ilfracombe.. I came over all unnecessary at the sight of him in just a towel!

Tired Mum - glad your DS has got peace of mind and is coming home x x
have had coffee with Mum and a slice of bakewell tart at the W.I., done the ironing, freezer inventory done, menu planner done, shopping list done and 2 loads of washing done. Shortly DH and I are off shopping, might do the shopping while we are out if time at Sainsbugs as he loves their frozen sausages.Do what you love :happyhear0 -
What a bizarre remark:rolleyes:I.Now I am off to get pregnant so I will be more acceptable here...:P
Well, have fun
It's really warmed up here and was looking a little brighter so some of my washing is back outside. Bet it will rain now.
Managed to bag some locally grown butternut squash (I refuse to buy Greek squash), a round courgette about the size of a cricket ball and some celeriac. Think I'll make a slaw with some of the celeriac, some carrots and white cabbage for OH's lunchboxes.
I also bought a couple of parsley plants which I have actually planted in a pot. Quite an achievement for me.
Must go and gather the few raspberries I can see dotted about my garden.
I've sorted out my cleaning supplies. I'd managed to accumulate a motley collection of ancient cleaning potions which I wasn't using. I've been converted to Method products -expensive but lovely and kind and nice to look at (I'm sucker for nice packaging). I was so sick of the synthetic smell of chemical cleaners especially in the bathroom and I don't really like it to smell of vinegar either.0 -
I'm signing off now, just wanted to say cheerio!
Thrifty, mmm at the celeriac coleslaw, never tried that, love Celeriac, too, it's my favourite veg, going to try and grow my own next year. Think I'll pop by Mr T on my way home tonight and get some.....mmm soup!
Bye everyone!

I've never had celeriac. What does it taste like? I had fennel once about 15 years ago but havent been able to find it in the shops. What Would Bill Buchanan Do?0
