They will, just takes time. The days will get further apart and then boom, they'll stop. Just keep up the good work.

Been out shopping:j Aside from jeans and a denin skirt when I literally first came out, this is the first clothes shopping I have done (of course, I have had generous donations, but its not quite the same).

I got a purple crossover jumper, a pale grey batwing top (that I am not 100% sure about:cool:) and a really snazzy charcoal grey jumper dress that a complete stranger convinced me would look fantastic on me - she was right!!!

Rather embarrassingly:o, my card flashed up in one shop as 'illegal transaction':eek::eek: Don't worry, I have not spent ALL my money, I think I had just used the card sooo many times in a few hours whereas I usually only use it once or twice a week. So I just had to go and get cash out.

Saw my counsellor this morning (before the shopping trip) and have 2 more sessions before I move. Was ok, I'm just frustrated that she wants to 'finish off' today on Monday whereas as far as I am concerned, its finished! Ah well.

You've said before that you trust her, so trust her now, if she won't be pushed (and you know you have pushed before and she's trusted you) then she may have good reason.

Perhaps she feels that your belief that 'it's finished' and your desire to move on is so strong that it is in itself an issue that needs to be 'finished off'?

Yeah maybe. I'm just bored about talking about the same things over and over and over and over ..... She says thats a good sign but then still makes me talk about them:confused: Also, there was something else I'd wanted to talk about next week, but I suppose it will just have to wait.

  • Well, I was meant to be going walking today with frandlord, but its pouring with rain, freezing cold and neither of us can really be bothered. Also his fridge died yesterday. So I am going to have a very exciting last Sunday in St Helens going with him to look at fridges:rolleyes:
