    Hi Kate,
Your best bet would be to go for a white top also, wearing one colour slimmers and elongates. White is a lovely colour to wear providing you have no dogs and kids to ruin it for you! White actually lightens a person(not so solid and heavy) you can also add lots of statement jewels and bag in any colour. White shows off a little tan and brightens your complexion.. so what are you waiting for?! P.S A must..Skin colour knickers NOT white xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:cool:

Good heaven!!!! I have not been dressed all white since the day I was Christened, I will look like a large pregnant Polar Bear, oh dear, oh dear

Thank you for the advice though, most welcome

Also, why can you not wear white knickers with white trousers?
Do not understand that one, can you buy skin coloured knickers?

You learn so much on here, I hope it continues to be good, must explore the site in more detail

  • Also, why do Yours never have the items I want in stock in my size, this has been going on for quite a while now and I am becoming very frustrated!

I think it's because they show if the fabric is a bit see through, while 'nude' coloured ones don't. :)

K&Co have got a sale on and got loads of stuff, got some short sleeve boyfriend cardis for £5.00 each, some combat trousers and maxi skirts, looked at verys sale first but K&Co seemed to have more stuff

I ordered 7 things from K&Co. I set the whole lot back - what very poor quality.
The overshirts and a couple of jumpers were like rags!
  • Yes, hit and miss with them I think, very pleased with the cardis, sent back the trousers, skirts were quite thin but desperate for some so kept them, certainly would not have been worth full price

just got a delivery from Curvissa last night - beautifully made clothes in quality fabrics. Generous sizing. The Kangaroo fleeces are very long in length so ideal if you are tall.

Has anyone had jeans from Curvissa? Just wondering about the fit and if they are true to size.

Curvissa are part of Freeman, but more funky (and better prices on some items it seems). Maybe someone has bought jeans from them?

It's quite common for online retailers to have several brands selling exactly the same clothes. A bit like Stile369 is Evans but with lower sizes, and one.stop.plus is la redoute but more funky.

PS just found out Bon Prix is part of the same group as Freemans and Curvissa, didn't know that....

Joe Brown was mentioned before, looking at the Freemans website I've juste realised they have some JB stuff on sale (+20% discount given on the home page of the website).
Not much in plus sizes, but worth a look.
