durham_girl, it was probably the one in Middlesbrough, I just happened to pop in and got a few bits

    M&S Limited Colection shoes
    Ted Baker skirt
    Denim skirt -BHS
New Look navy floaty tea dress
    Satin skirt -BNWT
    Topshop formal wool shorts

Sure Claire will be along soon to confirm - Claire I'm always on the look out for jumble sales, think they used to hold them at Linthorpe community centre on a Saturday but don't know if its a regualr thing, I keep checking the Gazette / Herald and Post etc and the Gazette website but never seem to find any - will let you know if I come across any

Can any recommend any good car boot sales in the North London area, thanks

There's one on Sunday mornings 7am start at Galleria Hatfield Herts.
It's under cover there in the car park.

In the summer it reverts to a field behind the big Tesco store in Hatfield.

Went to my first jumble sale of the season yesterday! Not much on the clothing front but picked up a fab 1930's armchair, some kitsch rose print placemats, a vintage enamel bread bin, an atomic-era heater and a glazed 1930's print - all for the princely sum of £5.
    (Photos on blog)

The car boot season resumes next sunday - yipee!!!!

Haven't been chazzing much lately but the last three bargains are:

pair of Morgan black leather heels with stud detail - very rock chic - as new £6

purple poncho-style overjumper with gorgeous knitted details (and fringing!) £3

100% wool blue single-breasted coat - as new £2 (original buttons weren't quite to my taste but found some much nicer buttons - 99p)

welcome back goanmad - love your blog
