I've not been myself yet, but heard that the one in Stoke Newington, Princess May School I believe, on Sundays is a good one. Let me know if you try it what you think!Mortgage [STRIKE]16/03/2011: £190K 01/01/2017: £107,729.65 [/STRIKE] 01/07/2017: £95,979.89

Does anyone know of any jumble sales in the NE? I regularly visit the car boots but can never find any jumble sales.0

The charity shops round here are all full of tat and well over-priced. I'm no miser but I think £3 for a second hand Primark top, when it cost probably £5 new is too dear.
The ones near me seem to be the charity "chains" - Cancer Research/Age Concern so maybe that's why?DRO granted 17/10/20090 -
The main chains do charge a bit for some stuff don't they, the individual ones are best we have the Cat protection which is pretty good sometimes £1 for clothes, my Mam was in an independent one about 18 month ago and got Burberry Mac for £1 - its being in the right place at the right time0
