Not the biggest bargain of all time but today I got some Killah black cord flares with lovely heart shaped pockets with the tags still on (just under £70) for £7.50 from a charity shop. They are long enough for me too at 37" which rarely happens in a CS!0

hey guys, im new to collecting vintage stuff, i basically just rummage thru charity shops.
i got a tea set (teapot, milk jug, sugar tin, 6 tea cups and saucers) from a charity shop, for £2. its made by a company called lord nelson pottery and its got 71 written underneath. it did look vintage(to an amateur like me,lol)
can some one please tell me wat its worth?T h e F u t u r e I s N o w !0 -
You haven't given any description of the tea set. So can only suggest doing an ebay or general internet search thezibSaving money right, left and centre0

Have you tried doing a Google search thezib? One of the first hits gives a little info about the company
http://www.figurines-sculpture.com/lord-nelson-date-of-pottery-mark.htmlNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -
yes,i have done some searching on the internet,
but so far i have very little information.
have seen some on ebay, but with rather wide range of prices.
and with the bids, its kind of hard to get an accurate price of what its worth.
i'll put up a picture of the set in a few days if i'll be allowed to.T h e F u t u r e I s N o w !0 -
Best bargain EVER was one of those orange wet and dry Vax cleaners RRP about £200 which my b/f bought for £1 at a boot fair.... coming a close second, I bought a 1930 washbasin with victorian style taps in immaculate condition for £3.50, still using it today!0
