Have had a great find today in local cs.
Roger & Gallet Soap & Shower Collection in Citron for £3.50.
In it there is a 300ml liquid soap, 75ml bath & shower gel & 2 x 25g soaps.
I love Roger & Gallet but haven't decided yet if I'll keep it or give it a go on ebay.0 -

any tips would be great - northwest area. thanks xxx
Bowlers in Trafford Park? No idea what it's like as I keep meaning to go but never get round to it. Anyone else know?0 -
Hi Everyone,
Just discovered this thread last month, and have been lurking round since. But you've all given me inspiration to try CS...I've always loved car bootys and tend to buy alot of my clothes, toiletries from there..Been to a few CS this past couple of weeks, and just love rummaging around hunting out the bargains. Got myself a gorgous baby blue jumper from Dorothy Perkins for only £1.99 so was pleased with that to start off with.
Happy hunting x:hello:No more toiletries challenge :T

After saying in an earlier post that I never get any bargains lately I got 4 Martina Cole & 4 Patricia Cornwell novels in hardback for £1.00 each. They had a lot of other crime novels at £1.00 each but these 2 authors are among my favourites.0

Well I think i'm going to give up looking my local chas shops. Went today when I was in town and the prices seem to have rocketed even more! Couple of things I noticed were: shopper bag (was originally a magazine cover mount) £3.99; all jigsaws £2.50; shoes approx £6.99; coats approx £19.99, but best of all was an oldish tilt top table (oak?) with a big split in the top - £134.99!!!. Absolutely bonkers, roll on the jumble and car boot season...0

Hi all you lucky bargain hunters! I read this thread with glee every week to see what you have been finding and I must admit to drooling over some of your horde! However I felt I must start posting instead of lurking! In the area I live car boots are very seasonal ....the Scottish summer is short! We do have some fab wee charity shops which are great for retail therapy out of the car boot season. One local shop is closing for a refit so all stock is half price this week...hooray!! Got some super buys....boys HELLY HANSEN coat for £2.....oasis jeans for £1....Shoe Tailor clogs for £1.50...SUMMER TOPS also £1...fluffy scarf, new, 50p. Hope they do not put prices up too much after the refit! Ps I love keeping up with GOANMADS buys....she is an inspiration!0
