    no CBS for me this weekend as I have been working late shifts,although I did get a couple of things from CS in the week,nothing exciting but good buys;

    River Island boot cut jeans-£3.99
M&S Autograph thin knit 'luxe' sweater £3.99-I thought this was a tad over priced but it looked good on and will be nice for the Autumn in a 'smart casual' way!
  • Morning all. You seem to mostly pick up clothes and perfumes...........do you sell these on? Are you hagglers? I think I am a bit too quiet and dont push my way in there! Tips gratefully received on how I can up my "bagging" rate

Tried out a new bootsale yesterday and very glad we did - I bought a gorgeous pair of Bally tan riding boots for £5. More than I usually pay for second hand boots but Bally are fantastic quality and very very expensive to buy new.

A Job Brown woolley dress for autumn 50p
    Vintage croc handbag £2
    Cream healed brogues (new) 50p
Two huge leather beanbags for our living room - perfect for when our friends visit £5
Brand new Peter James hardback for OH - currently in shops for £18.99 or online for £8/9, we paid 20p! He is so chuffed :)
Another pair of shoes 50p plus one more pair of boots but they are a bit big so need to get some insoles for them
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

Was wondering where you were Goanmad - have been catching up on your blog since I got back from honeymoon. Loving the camper vans - we had one as our wedding car and it was brilliant. Would love to get one ourselves.

Thanks for the great book you sent me, I really enjoyed reading it on the beach

How did it go, Jesa? I did think of you. What a wonderful idea to have a camper as a wedding car, they do funeral ones now, too!

    Just been mid-week car booting:

1960's Terence Conran for Midwinter motor car pin dish 10p
1980's Sophia Loren sunglasses in tapestry case 50p
    2 x pairs barkcloth curtains £1
    Triple CD Ska compilation £1
1950's "FW Woolworth" windbreak still in original wrapper £2
    8v battery charger £2
    2 x retro flasks by Aladdin £1
Set of Tupperware lidded dessert dishes 25p
    1970's psychedelic granny bag 25p
    1960's psychedelic nylon scarf 50p
Child's Crimplene jacket with matching cravat 50p

The bargain of the day has to be 40 x 1950's wood lab stools I spotted dumped next to a school skip on the way home. They were about to be smashed up and the caretaker let us have the lot for a tenner!
