    creaker, there is the one at Redcar Racecourse which is on throughout the year although it's all outside. Saturday and Sunday morning but can't remember what time.

    Thornaby- Tedder Avenue, rear of NASH club. Friday 5.30pm

    Norton - Blakeston Lane, behind Blakey School, 1pm on a Sunday

    They're the ones that are in the Herald and Post, you can view it online. There's also the one at Sedgefield on a Sunday morning if you'd want to travel that far. Sure there was one during the week somewhere too but can't remember now. Wish they'd bring the one back at the Riverside, perfect for winter as it was all inside. If you couldn't tell, another Smoggie here! :)

    I have not been on here for ages as I have been too busy so I will just tell you about a couple of bargains,my biggest one this month was a plate |I bought in a charity shop for £1.99,turned out to be rare one from the 1930,s and sold on ebay for £72.00!!!
    I found my dream charity shop find last week,the thing I always hope for when looking through the handbags,the name LOUIS VUITTON.£4.99 for that bag and its already at over 10x that with a week to go on ebay.That bag will hopefully pay for the rest of the wedding bits,fingers crossed it does well for me.
    Loads more stuff too,all selling at a minimum of 10x what I pay.
    I said a while ago that if I kept finding lucky finds it meant I was actually good at this and would do it as a job,looks like I may do that afterall.
    Just what I always dreamed off,to shop for a living;)

  • Hii guys :)

    Bit of a slow day for me today, despite the weather and getting up mega early!

    Todays carboot was a bit pointless for me....only brought a green wooley cardigan for 1pound.

    Went to a village jumble sale (junk sale) later in the morning and got a few more bits.

    * African inspired bangle 50p
    * Book about knitting 50p
    * Floral vintage looking make-up bag 50p
    * Butterfly trinket box 2pounds

    There was also a chazza shop open in the little village. Got a French Connection and Warehouse dress for 2pounds each. Ahhh i love independent chazza shops :)

    Tomorrow i'm going on a charity shop spree around a few towns. Gonna make a route plan today and perhaps put a few bits and pieces on ebay.

    Hope everyones had a good day!

    Oh I love the independent chazza shops, too!

    Got a day of chazzing planned for tomorrow as one of my friends has the week off. We've selected a new town with a huge number of charity shops and a decent Wetherspoons. We've got an early start planned and hopefully I'll be sharing any discoveries with you all!

    Well done on the handbag find. How do you know its a real one?? My friend bought a 'Chloe' handbag from a charity shop. It looks fantastic...lovely soft leather, all the branding etc. She took it to be looked at and its a fake...a very good one though. Doesnt matter to her a it is for personal use. But id hate for you to get stung on Ebay with it as you would lose your money and the bag as its against the law to send known fakes through the post.

    Good luck with it though.

    I couldnt get aany bargains today as the weather was pants!!! Instead I got frozen cold watching my boy play football and then wet through watching rmy other boy play rugby!!lol never mind.

    Hi everyone, weather was a bit gloomy today and I didn't get that much but still an alright haul if I do say so myself: :)
    4 Gamecube games for a fiver, looked up on ebay and the value of the lot is about £40 so I'm quite pleased.
    2 Old style top trump packs (complete) for £1
    Fully working Dab radio, £5
    2 Books, Pirateology and Dragonology for £3. (This will keep the kids happy as they wanted these books but wasn't paying the £17.99 retail price!)
    And finally, what made me most happy was a rather rash, spur of the moment purchase - I bought a boat. Ok, it was only a dinghy, haven't checked for punctures yet but exterior looks good, also came with two oars. Bargain price of £4! :D
    Hope everyone else had a great day booting despite the weather :o

    I was selling today, only decided to yesterday as my sister was going and she didn't have quite enough to fill the car, I didn't really have a lot of stuff but still made £85!!

    While I was there I had a mooch around and got
    - 2 bin bags full of clothes, I've sorted them through and will keep about half of them, the other half will go to the charity shop - £2
    - Buzz Lightyear duvet cover & pillowcase - 50p
    - 80s My Little Pony duvet cover & pillowcase - £1
    - 80s Starlight horse plush from Rainbow Brite - £1

    Not a lot, but I'm pleased with my bargains!
