They've got an online help system which is Ok, don't try the ticket route, I don't think they look at it very often.

Probably something odd about the check on your debit card, with mine they needed a start date which lots of sites don't need, and it was an 'optional' field.

Well hob had stuff soaking in, has as the oven and the bathroom tiles, washload in and another drying and OH is taking the first carload to the store and shopping for more cleaning chemicals!! The place looks like a bombs hit it at the moment, but hopefully we're getting there.

Egg are completely doing my head in.

There is a block on my account........ok, I say, why is that? Don't know, say they. Right, so where is my money then, say I..........don't know, say they.

Then they tell me that they would have sent me emails to tell me that my account has been compromised.........ok, say I, let me just log onto my email account and have a quick look......ooh, I say, egg sent me emails on 20th, 22nd, 23rd and 26th December, let me read them to you word for word.........blah blah blah, which part of that email says that my account has been blocked/compromised?

Well, says egg, it would have said that there is irregular activity on your account and asked you to ring us.......oh, I say, perhaps my reading skills are not up to scratch, because the words that I think I am reading say something completely different, would you like me to read them to you again?

I think I had better ring you back, says egg.........too bloody right, says I.....
