I thought so, thanks for that Hiphouse. I've been trying all day to deposit £10 for OH to withdraw his £10, but they won't let me. I'll play that and see if we can win more than the £20 withdrawal. Thanks for sharingI'm not bothered about NYE really - OH has been invited to a house party which is at friends that I don't know, so I have said he can go there - I am happy to have a quiet evening at home looking forward to putting the last decade behind me
Aww, that's a bit sad hypno! Can you not go too? You might have a really good evening and make some new friends, as well as having a fun night out with OH:beer:

Well I'm here buying up tickets right left and centre, but to no avail
I really can't complain, I had a few big wins including £100 on my Wedding Anniversary, so it was good while it lasted0 -

Not sad at all - I've always disliked NYE, right from being a child. I'm not exactly life and soul of the NYE party most of the time, so really, for me to go to a house party of a load of people I don't know, would be one of my worst nightmares.
Whereas buying myself a box of chocs and having a DVD and control of the remote, with the ability to go to bed when I want, not when everyone else decides I should, sounds rather attractive to me!
Also, remember we have no car........OH will be going on his bike, and then if he has a drink will be kipping (ha ha) on their floor - I'm not particularly enamoured with either of those ideas......
Re BB - all good MSE loopholes tend to come to an end - there will be others in due course, just have to keep an eye out on various threads and boards on this site and try and get in before they vanish again. I think we've all done pretty well out of BB.....def one of the best and easiest ones, so it is a shame another one bites the dust for newbies....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I feel about NYE as you do Hypno - but also because I need a bit of space to say goodbye to the year. My Gran died in November - we had weekly chats in which we would laugh ourselves silly and put the world to rights. She helped me through some truly horrendous times in my life, but I'm glad she shared in the good times to
I miss her deeply, but know I have to let her go with 2009. I don't want to be surrounded by drunk people when I say that goodbye.
