It certainly makes a difference when the place is tidy - still a lot to do but I will have it cracked before the end of the week

Just had friends round to visit and I didn't feel embarrassed about the state of the place, and felt no need to apologise for the mess.....so that HAS to be a significant improvement!

Tuesday's list........if I get this done, then downstairs will be looking just fine!!

Tuesday ~ Living room, Hall and Stairs
Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter floors.. take any unhomed presents away upstairs to their respective rooms[/STRIKE] done
[STRIKE]Vacuum visible floors![/STRIKE] done
Level Two
[STRIKE]Vacuum under furniture you can safely move![/STRIKE] done
[STRIKE]Vacuum hallway and right up the stairs[/STRIKE] done
[STRIKE]Sort out coats and bags etc.. wash any that need doing before we go back to school/work[/STRIKE] in wash now
Level Three
[STRIKE]Wipe and water plants while dewebbing![/STRIKE] done
[STRIKE]Wipe sticky marks from sofas and paintwork[/STRIKE] done
[STRIKE]Binbag dance![/STRIKE] done


Extras

1. [STRIKE]If you are leaving your tree up past New Year.. make it look nice again![/STRIKE] done
2. [STRIKE]HHI[/STRIKE] all done, and put away
3. [STRIKE]S&S the porch[/STRIKE]
   
4. [STRIKE]Post any parcels/letters that need doing.. OR.. make a start on those tax forms!! [/STRIKE] Dealt with Egg instead

Thanks for mentioning the double scratch today, went back on at 9.30pm and won £5!!! Thats after playing £1 today on a scratchcard to keep my account looking like I am using it and won £8. Also won £15 on BB. It's like buses nothing then all at once!!

Morning all....well, my good nights sleep from earlier in the week was wiped out by a terrible night last night :rolleyes: Typical, so I am feeling rather tired this morning.

My ex student arrives late afternoon so plenty of time for flylady and multiple coffees......I have also joined the decluttering thread on oldstyle so am hoping to use that for motivation too.

OH is at work today, and DS is off into the city to look at spending some of his Christmas vouchers, so I should have a reasonable chance of getting on top of things without people getting in my way.

I need to ring Egg today as well, and send some more ski money to the right place....

But first, scratches and morning banking - oh, and coffee........have a good day everyone x
