  • I'm very impressed with all this activity. I can't "do" running - dodgy knees. I do have a step machine though so I ought to get back on that. I always do a bit before we go on holiday but ought to start it sooner this time really. I prefer getting out for a walk really mind you, but can only do that at weekends! Did walk right round our local RSPB reserve yesterday which was great - we even managed to dodge the rain!

    Well done Jenchins hubby on that win! Great stuff!
