Yes, any TS bod would take the time to read through it. In my personal experience, they do a good job more often than not......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -

A few years ago I got a computer from these people, turned out to have a cracked copy of Windows XP, and the wrong processor (not the one ordered), when I complained they told me I needed a cmos update to recognise the processor properly, but it was the right one. Then they claimed I didn't order the one I ordered, and they didn't even sell it. When presented with the order slip, they said they'd look into it. Never came back. Never do any business with them again. In computing terms "known bad". I used to repair computers in Bangor, and I'd hate to see Pentech tarring the rep for others though.0

Get a cheap USB keyboard if its just the laptop keys that aren't working and there's no other damage. Depending on the model replacing a laptop keyboard can be fiddly, but a USB keyboard should be around £5.99 from Argos, Asda or even Pentech. They can't fek that up. Oh just make sure you don't get the cheapest Argos one, they've mislabelled it in their catalogue and its a PS/2 keyboard not a USB as advertisted.
I must just be around the corner from everyone0
