Mobiles.co.uk - deliberately misleading advert?

I find it interesting the approaches to customer services being employed on this forum - Vodaphone have used a team to pick up on any negative posts with an aim to addessing them (and we rarely see ongoing issues, they appear to be sorted) and mobiles.co.uk give us Ben.0

Yes; the contrast is stark in that respect. Both organisations don't appear to be concerned to address the underlying problem though - their utter disregard for basic customer service.0

ben I have emailed you, last week, directly at mobiles.co.uk as I havent not a reply about my query
No doubt we will be getting the excuses next week as to why you didn't get a reply.
Anyone want to pick one the usual ones ...swine flu, deleted by mistake, passed it to someone else, inbox was full, thought he'd replied etc etc
Maybe it will be a new one such as eathquake, or lightening damaged his PC ...maybe a flood I don't think we've had flood yet ???
:rotfl:It's not just about the money0 -
People should take note of the difference. I asked a question of Voda on how to end contract. They gave me the details the same day of who to contact. 2 days later I had a reply from them confirming my close date and how my last bill would work. Why cant the Crap Phone !!!!!house Companies act the same?I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

Thats always the problem ...absolute waste of time.

Ah, I see; it means "when you place your order" and I'll get this changed as I see where we went wrong
PM not allowed to or from Reps I'm afraid.

Hi there,
1.I was wondering if I get on to contract that has half price line rental and it is on redemption plan, can I add say internet add-on. So my bill will be increased. I am only looking to get the cash back for original amount not the add-on but wanted clarification.
2. How do you send cheque - recorded delivery?
3. How long does it take you to send phone that is out of stock, It says delivery will be delayed but by how long?
Thanks0 -

finally got a response after emailing customer services once again, last night.
"Hello,
The effective line rental cost for the 15months is £12.50.
The figure shown refers to the period in which you will claim the line rental for, not a total cost overall. "0 -
Haven't reduced the return period to 7 days so that you run short of time -if they are not responding by emails.
