MY weigh in this week said....So, you gained a little bit this week.
Is this what you expected? If so, today’s a great day to make a fresh start. If you’re stumped, use the tracking tools in your Plan Manager to assess your week and see where you can make some changes next week.
Good luck in the coming week.
I didn't manage to shift the weight I put on after last weekend's party.:o
So I've gained a pound this week - I know I shouldn't be so upset, but I'm gutted.
I know it had to happen sometime, it happens to us all sooner or later, so I'll pick myself up and get over it. It's hard not to reach for the chocolate though.
We're going out to dinner to celebrate paying off the mortgage this weekend, but I'm going to point everything before I go, and stick to it.
I'm off to look out my gym kit for this afternoon too, can get an hour in while DD is at gymnastics.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Ailuro, with your massive losses so far, a lb gain is not bad, esp since you had a good weekend out of it! upward and onward hun... and congrats on paying off your mortgage... If you can do that, you can certainly lose a more pounds on this challenge!0
-
ailuro2 - well ,some positive things (as you'd be very good at pointing out to the rest of us!)
* the gain wasn't a mystery 'how did that happen' one, you know what caused it and it was a rare occurence, over and done with now.
* you had a fab weekend! You can lose the weight again but will still have had the fun
* any weight blip is massively outweighed by the amazing mortgage achievement! Focus on the positive!
* look at how much you've lost over a pretty short space of time, even with 1lb on you've done ridiculously well, and have proved you can take that 1lb off again (plus some I expect!) in a week
So put the chocolate away0 -
Thanks, you're both 100% right.
It was a good weekend, it's not a mystery how it happened, and I can take it off again as I've already proved to myself it can be done...
I'm a bit less gutted now, I went to the vending machine at work with 50p in my pocket, and got a little pack of Go Ahead bars instead of chocolate.:D
If i hadn't been doing this I'd have gained the weight and done nothing to take it off again.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

just ordered Pizza Hut for our dinner..
I'm having a portion of wedges for 6 points, and making myself some healthy chicken/parma ham/peppers/salad to go with them while hubby and DD have pizza.
I ordered her a small one though, so as not to pass on any bad habits to her.:DMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Thanks ailuro2!
*drum roll*
132.7lbs today, 0.8lbs lost! Not a lot but at least it's a loss. I have no idea how either, as I have had a pretty bad week. Anyway, it has inspired me to do a bit better. I've almost finished the PMK book and it makes a LOT of sense. I'm going to write some more about it and post more later.
