got home from hospital yesterday, glad to see everyone losing this week- I have been eating a bit more before I went in, since I knew I'd be fasting for most of a day, and to give me a bit of energy in reserve for op, sounds like a good excuse;).
I will not be counting points for a few days yet, but I do need to eat healthily to aid recovery, so will hopefully maintain or not gain too much this week.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Hope you feel much better soon ailuro2 - bit of a drastic method for losing weight though if you ask me :rotfl:
Not doing so well myself - all I ate on Monday was a ridiculous number of chocolate brownies, then an Indian takeaway0 -
ailuro2 - hope you feel better soon!!!
I am feeling a bit guilty as I am almost at the end of the 3-month trial and haven't used WW properly apart from tracking my weight every week. I have been meaning to print reams of useful recipes, tips, articles etc and haven't done it. I am a bad person.
On the upside, I have been successfully resisting a mince pie all evening and am off to bed shortly... and have just brushed my teeth to ensure that i won't succumb!Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Gained 4 lbs this week - but I am blaming most of it on fluid retention, off to see Doc today to get a bit more help with the pain. Not felling so good at all...:oMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Ailuro - hope you're feeeling better hun - keep taking the tablets!
Can't believe we're coming to the end of this challenge already..... ive been absolutely rubbish, but am really happy for those of you who have lose - Ailuro & nbirdy - u should both be so proud of yourselves! hope you keep it up girlies!
Ive realised where i went wrong - didn't really commit to it prperly and thought the very small changes i was making were enough. Also not being weighing stuff out properly - am going to start doing now, and will make a real effort to do things properly - most of the time, if not all of the time.
Pls keep your fingers cross for me! Has anyone gone through quidco again - for round 2?? is the offer still on?0 -
I think I have discovered a failsafe diet secret... have a big row (involving not speaking for days) with your OH and lose your appetite!! I weighed in at 131.6lbs yesterday, 2.1lbs off in a week! Silver lining and all that...
