I was in St Omer with 39 school kids

Tried frogs legs for the first time. Can't say I really enjoyed them however the 7 course Christmas meal, waffles, chips, burgers, crepes and belgian choccies were all delicious. :D

Needless to say I didn't bother to point this week!

Ooo that sounds wonderful Rotherham Lass!

Well done tara! Lowest in 3 months, now we just have to keep you going in the same direction. The PMK book sounds interesting?

Well I stayed the same this week :( Have been reading up on the site trying to find a way of doing something different, but haven't been inspired yet. The Simply Filling technique looks like a recipe for weight gain for me, lots of carbs! Hmmm

Rotherham Lass - LOL!!!! Pointing would have been pointless, if you'll pardon the pun!

NBirdy - thank you for noticing that, I hadn't!! Well, that's just made my day. :D

STS is better than gaining so don't worry!!! Yes, PMK is very interesting - I will finish the book tonight and give you my thoughts (bet you can't wait lol).

  • morning ladies! Freeeeeezing my big butt off here, but wont put the heat on as i am at home alone! got furry slippers on, and my hubbys fleece - looking good as always!

had my porridge for brekkie today and will be having WW spaghetti on toast for lunch. Made chicken and spinach curry for dinner tonite, so will try to have only one chapatti - or maybe 2 small ones. Have lots of fruit in the hose, so no excuse not to eat it .....

Was reallly lazy and didn't go to step class today, started cleaning up the house, and wanted to finish up rather than going out, Planning to do my work from home today, and leave home only to pick up kids!!

Also means i didn't WI so have no idea what I am, think I may give up on the scales and just try to eat better and excercise more!

have a good day everyone x
  • Pound on this week  Not surprised though. It will be off again next week fingers crossed. :p

Just saw new 'free' Quidco WW offer on Grabbit:

It expires on 6 Dec but just in case anyone wanted to sign up, you'd get another 2.5 months for free (overlapping free memberships).
