  • Go Ailuro! really proud of you hun and happy that youre losing a good, regular amount and doing it all the right way. Keep meaning to ask hubby to pick up some BN from Lidl - 50p at the moment so I can do some more chips! only did them once and they were delish...

I was late for aquacise today and they wouldnt let me in so no proper excercise today YET - other than sweeping the drive and cleaning front doow and patio doors and windows - might mop the flooring as well!

Ended up taking kids to bonfire nite yesterday with a friend, and cos it was so cold and we were starving we got a blooming chicken and chips on the way home! havent pointed it yet - wonder why???!
Being good today - porridge and having leftover stir fry for lunch in a minute.

    Any other friday WIs??

Well done ailuro2, you're doing fabulously well! Has anyone noticed yet? Absolutely nobody has commented about my loss so far - surely a stone off has to show, doesn't it?

I'm having BNS chips for dinner tonight :)

No one has noticed - but you can see from the picture I posted that a stone for me isn't so much compared to a stone for someone who is only 9 or 10 stone to begin with.:o

The 'new' work trousers that are getting baggy look exactly the same as the old trousers, so I doubt anyone would notice. I work in a factory full of men mostly, they don't see me everyday to talk to, so they're not going to notice anything until my boobs disappear:rotfl: and even then they'd probably not mention it.

I'm not really thinking in numbers of stones. That's just too much.

I'm going to keep going for this three month trial, then see where I am after that. Yes it will take more than a three month diet to get my BMI to healthy, but one nibble at a time is the way to go for me!:D

off to a Martial arts tournament today, not competing this time, but DD is. Have taken a normal packed lunch for both of us, normally we go with enough food to last a week and come home with nothing!
All pointed up and ready to go.:D

  • well done Ailuro for making the lunches - our Martin would be proud too! good luck to your DD today!

well my TOTM has officially started - finally!! good thing about it is I spend a lot of time on the loo with dodgy tummy! Bad thing is a very sweet tooth, which I indulged yesterday.... a whole bounty, a WW chocolate bar and a brownie and 2 packs of chilli & lemon crisps - yummmmmy!!

But am gonna add them all to the tracker as I knew TOTM was coming and that I would be using up more points, so I took the kids with me yesterday for a walk and to do some shopping bits - took us 2 hours so got some activity points at least!

Will also be having a low point day today to make up and doing some Wii Fit and household cleaning so more actiivity points - rather than just eating chocolate all day - tbh there is no more choc in the house other than my WW chocolate cake slices! House is a tip so lots of cleaning = lots of activity points!

had my weetabix for brekkie, soup for lunch and roasted veg and fish for dinner. Also gonna try and make a few dishes to prepare for the week ahead -optimistic eh?/

have a good sunday everyone xx
