  • Well done Ailuro  - a stone is a brilliant amount to have lost! I wore something last week that i hadn't worn for 6years,and it fitted - snuggly! i'm here with a half point hot chocolate too - had no milk to put in my tea!!

Well, i had good news for my official weigh in - gym scales say I am 12.5:T so i got my first silver seven!! can't believe i have lost half a stone - only 3lbs to go to my first goal of 12.2, so i better get still lardy !!!! into gear this week!!

Was 12.9 on my home scales yesterday, although they are down to 12.7 today!!! valuable lesson - dont believe what the scales say - unless they say you've lost lbsssss!!! Really happy to be 12.5, and reckon i may well be able to get down to 12 or next weekend..?? or as close as i can. been swimming for 40 mins today (put down 30 on activity tracker for 1.5 points), will try to squeeze in a 30 minute walk later on.

How come i didn't notice the 3 stone I put on - but have noticed the half a stone that i lost...??

Has anyone started planning their Christmas food yet?

Hot chocolate (low fat of course!) and a mandarin from the kid's stocking for early breakfast.

Late brunch with mushrooms, tomatoes etc. to bulk it out, lean bacon and scrambled egg.

    Main dinner:-
    free veggie soup for starters,
Loads of veggies roast with your turkey/ham/nut roast/whatever the main course is.
Trifle made with sugar free jelly, use low fat sponge fingers, add a scoosh of lower fat anchor spray cream once it's served into the bowl.

Add it up, and I bet you've a couple of points left for some Champagne and choccies!

My Christmas dinner will be the usual...

    Celebrations for breakfast

Smoked salmon and horseradish on wheaten bread with melon for starter

Full works (turkey, ham, roast spuds, carrots, stuffing, sprouts etc) for main course

Mam's homemade Christmas pud and single cream for dessert

All washed down with copious amounts of red wine, Baileys and some brandy when we go visiting next door on Christmas morning!

    Yummers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had another sneaky WI today... 132lbs! Another 0.6lbs off since Tuesday. I know, I know, I shouldn't WI during the week (and it's prob all fluid/hormonal fluctuations) but I am feeling a little slimmer :rotfl: so was curious. Here's to a good weekend and keeping it off for my Monday WI.

    How is everyone else? xoxo

I have also had a sneaky weigh in today, I am the same weight as last week, however my new work trousers are starting to get loose on me, so I'm thinking it might be an inch loss week rather than a weight loss one - tomorrow will tell!:j

ailuro2 - that's great!! Always better to lose inches than lbs IMHO.

Friday weigh in for me - the official one, not the sneaky one from yesterday.

2 lb off.:j It's those magic butternut squash chips I had for tea last night again, I'm sure of it, they seem to be good to me for a loss the next day!

eta just did my measurements and they've not changed - maybe it's my tummy/belly rather than my actual waist that's shrunk - if that is the case I'll be doubly happy!

have now lost 7% of mt start weight too. I keep a little Excel speadsheet and look at different things to find an achievement for each little loss. Today's is the percentage lost.:¬)
