1lb off here, was hoping for more really but hey ho.0
-
stayed the same this week, but ok with that, as its TOTM and i did get a bit carried away on saturday at a party, and ate 3 hotdogs, but hoped by having a point-free day yesterday it might have evened out
but just did my first re-measure, and ive lost 8cm off my waist, and 3cm off my hips - no wonder my trousers keep falling down when i walk
however, my bust has gone up by 2cm - but that may be due to TOTM
overall, still positive

NBirdy - remember, you lost 3lbs last week, so to have two weeks in a row like that you'd be losing a bit too much.
Slow but sure wins the race.;)
tclci, I'd not have a points free day to make up for anything - you'll lose less weight in the long run diong it that way. Your body needs fuel to survive, starving it puts it into famine mode.
I've done pointed up the damage I did at the weekend and have decided to have 4 points less each day until weigh in on Friday. I was 3pts under on Friday, 3 over on Sat, so that evens out, 13 .5 over on Sunday:eek: so 4 a day for 4 days should let me catch up nicely.Fingers crossed!
Tara - not the end of the world, 3 lbs off in a month would be over two stone in a year.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

WWs give you the option of having a daily or weekly points total, so that way you can easily work in low point days, should you have been a bit lax on other days
a good low point menu i follow is tinned toms on toast for brekkie, bowl of point free soup for lunch, melba toast with cottage cheese for a snack, and then a chicken curry with BNS fries for tea - totally fillling, covers all the 'daily health checks' and is roughly 4pts for the day, or only slightly more if you add in a jackpot, yogurt or pack of crisps with your lunch - your metabolism wont slow down, and it should help compensate for the days where you overate
alot of people go wrong because they think you can have 'bad' days, but if they stick to their points on the following days it wont make a difference - honestly, you have to cut back to allow for the blowouts. that doesnt mean starving yourself, it just means you have to make very careful choices on the other days
