Lexuslass - great news for your big brother, and good news for you too that you're back in the challenge.
NBirdy - I'm going to have to try this cake now, if you don't taste the tea. I really detest tea. We're away this weekend, while it's DD's birthday, so I need something I can have instead of another slice of birthday cake.:D
Friday weigh in ladies - stay good, we're on the scales tomorrow.
I had the chicken wrapped in parma ham stuffed with philadelphia light - two chicken breasts come to just 8 points. Had it with some BNS chips, really I would have to call it roast BNS, as I didn't have the oven turned up high enough to make them crispy. They were still tasty though. Got a whole one this time and chopped it up myself, what a PITA, ended up cutting myself too. I think for the extra 50p I'll just get them ready chopped next time.:pMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

I'm not sure how it would taste if you used, say a herbal or green tea for the raisins instead? Probably be just as good and you'd be certain it wouldn't taste of tea.
I know what you mean about birthday cake - it's probably my favourite type of cake  . My DD's party is this weekend so there'll be cake. Then it's her actual birthday in 2 weeks so there will be more cake. Just before her birthday it's my birthday, so probably a bit of white chocolate cake then too...... Looks like I'll be putting a stone ON in a month :rotfl:0 -
Great news about your brother Lexus - really happy for you and your family.
Finally made it to the gym today - wahey! missed the bums and tums though so just went to the gym. Weighed myself on the way out so that counts as my WI this week - blooming well put on a lb this week - WI at 12.8lb...so not too happy btbh have not really been pointing much this week and with half term been eating more as there's more of us at home so Im cooking more too! roll on back to school monday!
Activity wise - went ice skating with the boys yesterday for the first time - was brill! packed though so i didn;t let go off the sides the whole time! thinking about doing lessons so i can do it properly ...will have to see!
hope you guys are doing better than me! Was really excited on tuesday evening as i went out and wore a suit that i last wore 8 years ago - still fashionable honestly! Saw it in the wardrobe - part of my summer declutter that never made it to charty coz i loved it - so was reallyl chuffed that it fit me! bit snug but still looked nice I was told.
Need to do my tape measurements and log in to WW to update my weight

Maybe toffee apples aren't 7.5 pts after all, I managed to lose another 3 lbs this week. Once again I'm amazed, as at the sneaky peek halfway through the week it wasn't looking very promising.:j:j:j:j
It's my first big test this weekend, we are going away to a holiday cottage with relatives, I'm going to take a few little tins of southern comfort with me, DD's birthday cake, weetabix and some fruit and veg, then I have no excuse for being bad! (Dd's birthday cake is 3 pts per slice, I already checked!)Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
