I've double checked using other websites to get nutrition data, and it's definitely 7 .5 for a measly toffee apple. I just thought it was a bit of sugar coating the apple, but turns out it's butter and LOTS of sugar.
Oh dear, will definitely be dragging DD out for a long walk tomorrow night.:o
it would depend on what the toffee part was made of - tbh shop bought toffee apples tend to be covered in just red sugar (similar to the stuff rock dummies are made from), rather than the traditional caramel toffee - so you may find the points are actually lower than you think0 -
just checked and a stick of rock is only 4.5pts, so i would say the sugar on a toffee apple would be 2pts tops + the apple
will experiment tomorrow, with making my own sugar based ones, to see how many tsp of sugar it takes to cover one apple - seeing as they are a necessity at this time of year

I'll have to be really good for the rest of the week, that's all.
GoodLuck in your new job, plzhelpmesave.
My last weigh in will have to be on the 19th of December, we travel to Edinburgh then to fly to Orlando the next day.:j:j:j so I don't mind when the last day is. No intentions of weighing in on 4th January when we come home. I might leave it a few days, just to get rid of the water retention I get when flying.:rotfl:Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
