Just logged on to the WW site to log in my weight and do my measurements from yesterday and realised i have not logged a thing since last week!!!! I am on the blooming laptop half the day - although a lot less cos of half term but just goes to show that I probably would have had a better loss if I had bothered to keep up with my tracking!

Wanted to be as close as possible to 12stone for the 14th november (2 weeks time!!) but it doesn't look like thats gonna happen as i have TOTM in between now and then! So what I will do is to track everything every day, maybe go down to 18 points as a kickstart again for the next 2 weeks, take the WW side seriously and properly measure and count everything, and definately get my still lardy a*se to the gym at least 3 times a week.

Am taking the kids out later so will walk there, not go in the car.

keep an eye on me please ladies! only got 2 months to go till we finish....

It's also a milestone because I'm the same weight today as the day I gave birth to my DD 11 years ago tomorrow - i.e. before she came out!:o

So I need to lose the baby weight now, preferably before she's a teenager !!:rotfl:


Tins of southern comfort are pre-mixed little tins of southern comfort and lemonade. Easy to point, harder to go overboard on them - if I take a whole bottle of southern comfort then temptation is in my way( or should that be weigh).

I must confess I go online every morning and put everything I plan to eat for the day into the tracker, helps me see if there's anything left for snacking, or if I know I'm right on the limit then it helps stop me munching..... mostly....

Well it was DD's party today, managed to resist the sausages, sausage rolls, pizza, homemade cheese straws, party rings, cupcakes and birthday cake....BUT I must confess that I did scoff 5 frazzles and 3 cheese puffs. No idea how to point it, but I've got 20 points saved this week and it can't be more than that.

WI this morning - 133.9lbs! So I've lost half a pound since Monday. I'll WI tomorrow again as that's my tracking day on the WW site.

Has anyone had their £30 cashback yet? Mine's been paid and all!!!

I'm back from the western coast - lovely place, never been before, we were in a little place called Kilmun, really nice cottage. Dreadful driving conditions to come home in though - aquaplaning at 60mph in poor visibility is always a tad scary..:eek:

My s-i-l had made us fajitas for tea, so had those which was really nice, and healthy too:D. Had my 3 tins of southern comfort which worked out at 7.7 pts, so not too bad at all.

I wasn't so good today, but I'm going to tally up the points and claw some back during the week.



Rotherham lass - put the fun size treats in the kids packed lunch boxes, or get them to take them to school and hand them out to their pals. If they're gone you can't eat them!

My WW tracked today too, along with £40 Quidco for co-op insurance, and £6 for Tomtom purchase, so it was a nice little surprise to come back to.

I weighed in at 133.2lbs this morning, so I've actually GAINED about 0.3lbs this week. I've only lost 3lb so far, feeling a bit dispirited...
