  • Rotherhamlass - i hate being sick! could feel a cold coming on yesterday and its in full force today - with a bunged up head, runny eyes and the works! Hope we get better soon hun!

Had my weetabix for brekkie. At work today and there's food ordered in for a meeting, so hoping for leftovers when they've finished! got no food with me so hope they save some for me!

I can see a physical difference in myself - can anyone else? my waist is looking more toned and my "tummy overhang" is a bit less than it used to be - so feeling good about the way it is going.

Watched Biggest Loser while i was in bed last night and even managed to drag myself onto the floor for some sit up and leg raises in the last 15 minutes - dion't know what came over me! Might make more of an effort to jump up and do SOME form of excercise in telly breaks - sit ups, squats, running on the spot or whatever i feel i am up to.

2 hours of TV in the evening - about 15-20 mins of breaks in all that lot - so thats a decent bit of exercise!

Sorry Ive not been about my babys not been well, so not been on pc or had time or inclination to watch points (on the plus side not had much time to eat either) wont weigh myself till Monday though.

Well done everyone whos sticking at at, you are all so motivated.

Its a nicely timed trial really it will just finish for xmas so thats another motivator!!
  • Plzhelpmesave - it's rubbish isn't it. I dragged myself to the gym today and feel much better for it. I am sick of being snotty and bunged up at the same time though. Unfortunately my motto is "feed a cold" which hasn't really helped.:rotfl:

Struggling badly today - have gone 6 points over, but at least I've counted it. WI is Friday, so I only have a day to make up the difference - I had one point saved, so if I somehow manage to have 22 of my 26 points tomorrow then I might get away with that one extra point?

Aww, hope all the poorly ones are better soon - especially your little one kaza, it's just awful when they're not well.

And well done plzhelpmesave and Rotherham Lass for all your exercise efforts. I know how worthwhile it is, and I know I need to do it. Still can't bring myself to though! :o

I feel like I've been drifting off plan a bit this week, relaxing a bit too much really so have got to get a grip. Not good with totm looming! Still staying withing points or saved points, but eating when I'm not all that hungry (just bored) and stuffing myself beyond the point of feeling full

    Hi, it's me!

Thank you so much everyone for your kind messages!

I have been reading the thread but haven't over the last couple of days, but I will catch up with what everyone has been up to!

My weigh in day is Friday...so I will try and remember to do that!

Mind you, two pieces of toast and a banana in the last two days and a few nibbly bits might make me weigh a bit lighter this week!! My brother has his 'specialist appointment' on Tuesday, so I am sure (I am thinking positive and not going on my 'doom and gloom' time which I have done a lot of!) things will look great and I will be back on WW and the wiifit next week!!

    Wish my big bro luck!

Love to you all.... and keep it up! xx

  • Lexus - all the best to your bro and your family hun. Really hope his apointment bring you all some good news.

Had an ok day today - weetos for brekki (forgot to get me weetabix!!), very late lunch of a jacket potato with lots of salad and chicken and some cheese (i know!) but NO MAYO! I was out so bought the JP and felt very proud for asking them for extra salad and no mayo - felt like a real WWer!:T

Rotheram - after all my talking yesterday, didnt make it to the gym today! was my DDs birthday so went to get her pressie and cake for her nursery, then to the doctors, kids school, swimming, homework etc! am going tomorrow though - so will still get in my 3 sessions this week :j

good luck with WI tomorrow girlies!
