Weetabix is a good low point breakfast, Juliet, but have you tried heating them in the microwave to make them feel even more filling? Yummy.

Where are you going next week, anywhere good? Will you be able to stay on WW even a little bit?:D

  • hiya people!

Juliet - you lucky devil going on holiday! hope its somewhere nice and sunny.

bit of a hectic day - had 2 kiddies birthday parties to take my kids to - and didn't even sniff the lovely big gooey chocolate cake...was tempted too though!

Was only being good today coz last nite ended up at a friends house and she made me have a plate of lovely freshly made trifle.... yummmm! haven't pointed it yet so still don't know how bad i was!

Been good today - even though i am just having my lunch now!

Having sunday dinner tonite - so will try to remember to take the skin off my chicken and have load of veggies

Excercise wise I have been really bad, but as soon as i get off the laptop i will be sorting out the house, so lots of running up and down and cleaning up so that all counts!

Hope we all have a good week ahead girlies!

We are going to Devon ( so don't know if it will be sunny or not). Have booked into nice hotel for dinner, bed and breakfast. I think I will just have to TRY to make sensible choices and hope for the best. I don't want the holiday dominated by me saying "ooh how many points in that ..." - wouldn't make me too popular!!! I will be quite active though so that might help.

Thanks for the suggestion but I'm not really a cereal person because I don't like milk.

Tara, sorry to hear your holiday isn't going quite to plan, but silver linings and all that!

Juliet your holiday sounds lovely, hope the weather is unseasonably warm for you. We managed 1 night away this year, and our next holiday is March so I'm a bit jealous!

Weigh in for me today and have lost 4lbs, happy with that as I maintained last week. That's my 5% now apparently so I've moved my target to 12st for now - I'm going to aim for 1/2 stone targets.

Loss this week - 4lbs. Total loss on challenge - 10lbs.

And I got this message on my weight tracker

Please note:You’re probably excited to be losing weight, but you’re losing faster than is recommended. Although it’s normal to lose over 2lb in 1 week, if you lose more than an average of 2lb per week over a 4-week period, this could pose health risks, such as heart irregularities, anemia or loss of muscle mass. Please slow your weight loss; your doctor can help you do this if you’re not sure how.

  • Nbirdy & tclci - well done girls! great losses and its brill that you are losing every week - keep it up! love the weight loss advice - damned if you do lose weight and if you don't! So long as you know you are eating the right amount of the right foods you keep going girl! Do you mind sharing your start and goal weight? I started at 12.12 and have only lost 3lbs so far (blooming TOTM!) - but at least it is still 3lbs off. Will WI later at the gym

Tara - hope the belly isn't spoiling the holiday hun and you're enjoying yourself x

Going to london in just under 4 weeks time so will do my best to work hard till then to lose half a stone. Getting back to the gym this week - Bums and Tums at 10.30 and may try to go swimming too. Will be going 3 times this week - 4 if i can make it! for a mix of Bums &Tums, Yoga and swimmiing or gym session.

Weetabix for brekkie, chicken with cous cous for lunch and stir fry for dinner. Snacks - ww yoghurt & apple

well i started at 13st 3lbs, and im aiming for 11st, as thats the very top end of the weight range for my height - however, if im realistic, i really think that 11st is still on the high side, so hopefully i could get it lower (dont think ill reach the 9st at the bottom end though). But 11st still means i need to loose over 2st, and i think thats gonna be a long slog

i think the concensus is, you tend to drop one dress size, for every stone you loose, and for me, i think a size 14, is a good number to head for. at least it means i can try on the clothes in Jane Norman (if not buy them) lol
