nbirdy - i keep reading about bns chips so will def have to make them any day now! on the shopping challenge so not gonna go out and buy one specially!
still done no excercise this week - totally ashamed of myself but really hate going to the gym when its TOTM! will deffo be back on track next week. Half term the week after so will stick the kids in the creche and get to the gym or make sure we get out if the weather is decent enough!!0 -
Who else is a Friday weigh in?
Maybe we should ask Tara to put our weigh in days beside our name so we know who shares our weigh in day too?
Still got 7 points left to eat, mostly because I didn't get round to having my lunch at work today. Luckily there's no chocolate in the house cos it'd be very tempting to scoff a quick mars bar since it doesn't weigh much, and it's weigh in day for me tomorrow.:p:oMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Noooo! Step away from the mars bar! Unless you're different to me and can stop when you've started
Ooooh I've just seen that Asda have Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream £3 each or 2 for £3 . The Phish Food frozen yogurt is included but it looks to be about as many points as regular ice cream0 -

There are no Mars bars, so I had a cup of minty Options instead, it's only one point and feels like quite a treat! I tried the toffee one that you can buy in single sachets and it was horrible - looked like warm milk gone wrong.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

DD has had some lemon sorbet - I'm not going to try it though, it's been in the freezer for ages, if I'm going to have points then it needs to be on something tasty that i like.
Have ordered shopping for tomorrow night fro Mr Ts, got some ready prepared butternut squash to try soe chips. Just remembered I need frylight spray, better go modify the order.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Well done on choosing the Options Aliuro! I have been having more hot chocolate in the evenings too, rather than a cup of tea. Good luck with the WI tomorrow hun!
I have been good today - after my big brekkie! Had salad in WW pitta -I can see why they are 1.5 points eacg, there is nothing to them! Anyway, tried to pack it full of salad - put cheese in my DHs pittas but not in my own - finally getting back to the plan!
Actually went back to drinking water today as well - tried to have a small glass each tme I went into the kitchen - and i was in there a lot today. Made a curry and had 2 small chapattis with it- pointing it using ASDA chapattis though rather than home made so hopefully i am overpointing! Also had a lot less curry than normal and a lot more salad and consciously ate a lot slower.
Have been reminding myself that its the little things that will ultimately make the most difference in the long term - e.g. leaving out the cheese, not having a couple of biscuits with every cup of tea. Will have to keep working on it though!0 -

I do like that hot chocolate makes you feel nice and warm and like you've had something to eat, cold drinks don't feel the same. I don't drink tea and only the occasional cup of coffee, so having a 1 point cuppa is good.
WI today, 3.5 lbs offWas quite shocked!
My points level still hadn't reset, so went and had a look through the plan manager guide and found this, looks like I have to do it myself rather than being prompted, don't know why it's different. When to calculate your POINTS allowance again
Your POINTS allowance is likely to change as you lose weight. Because you'll regularly update your weight in your Weight Tracker, we'll notice when your weight has reached a new level, and we'll encourage you to recalculate your daily POINTS allowance.
You'll find a link to your profile, where you can retake the quiz, in the upper-right corner of our site.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Holiday from work today, got the cat to the vet for her jabs, DD to library, nipped to the shops to try and find a cat collar - our cat managed to lose hers overnight. Even though I've been in three shops selling chocolate, cakes and 'rewards for losing weight' I've managed to walk past them all.
I think I'm doing fine because, being so big this time, the weight does fall off in the first few weeks.Hopefully I'll manage to lock in some healthy new habits too before the novelty starts to wear off, or the losses fade a bit.:o
Having a bit of applewood smoked cheese with my lunch - 3 points for a little wedge, but the flavour goes a long long way:DMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
