I fI'd lost three stone in a week I would care - my leg would need to have dropped off to lose that much weight in a week!!:rotfl:Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
Balance 19th April '07 = minus £27,640
Balance 1st November '09 = mortgage paid off with £1903 left over. Title deeds are now ours.0 -
I was prescribed Xenical some years ago too. Avoided most of the side effects but didn't lose any weight!0

I'd rather be overweight than scared to break wind anywhere else but over a toilet...:o
Having a better day today, have undereaten a little the past couple of days so I'm going to have some supper so I don't end up scoffing too many points the night before weigh in, I realise it's important to eat the full points allowance.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Ok, 2nd WI and ive lost 2lb - so 3lb in total now
still heading in the right direction
just one quick Q, do you all wear the same clothes each time you WI, or does clothing not make that much difference. its just 2wks ago the sun was shining, and now its freezing, so ive gone over to jeans/trainers, rather than shorts/flipflops - or should i be weighing my clothing, and taking that off?

Another 3 of theis week, I dont know why as I have been losing it by the end of last week and was sneaking in some stuff above my points. Im sure I will pay for it next week. At least it has given me some more motivation.
I have ordered a wii fit which is coming on friday, are they any good?? Im on nightshift AGAIN tonight so will be posting at stupid o clock. Good luck. xx0 -
tcli, well done on your weight loss, you are heading in the right direction. I normally wear the same kind of clothes ie, tee and jeans but dont weigh them. Hope that helps. xx0

I always weigh in the same clothes - always take my trousers/shoes off
as my tops probably all weigh about the same. But then I always get weighed at home, I can see how this would be a little more tricky if I got on the scales in Boots for example :rotfl:
Will hop on the scales when the littlies are having a nap, otherwise I'll have gained 2 stone + as they climb on with me . Expecting to have stayed the same though.0 -
Ok, well I stayed the same this week. Disappointed as I've stuck to the plan far better this week than last. Not giving up though, will just have to hope it shows up next week. My clothes feel a bit less tight so there's hope.
So this week - 0lbs, Total loss - 6lbs.0 -
3 posts in a row! Where is everyone? Just bumping us up fom page 2.0

Ok not a good week as I have stayed the same, not put any back on though(trying to be optimistic). Had a few slip ups so not really a surprise and maybe roast lamb is not the best WW sunday roast but it was very nice.
Anyway will try better this week and have the crispbreads and cottage cheese at the ready, yum.....
My problem is rushing around after small children means I don't seem to have much time to actually sit down and eat so I tend to grab something on the run, or eat their leftovers of course, fatal. Then in the evening I feel myself and hubbie need something substantial so usually we eat too much. Will def try to look up some more recipes on WW site.0
