  • Tara have a brill holiday hun - enjoy and don't worry about food

Millimoo - great loss! happy that you're losing big amounts

Everyone else - hope its going well for you... I better darn well be starting my TOTM any day now as i have been scoffiing myself silly - almost forcing myself to eat a load of chocolately fatty rubbish that i don't want but am still putting away. Have not noted down any points today - easily double my daily allowance of 23 and i don;t know why!

Will be at a wedding tomorrow so will go for the lower point stuff and then get back on track NO MATTER WHAT! Hope the rest of you guys are doing better than me.... xx

Well if you've been good it should show up on the scales, or in the measuring tape - I remember from previous WW attempt that some weeks I wouldn't have lost any weight even though I KNEW I'd been good, the class leader would get her tape measure out and measure my waist, and it would have shrunk!

Either way if you've been good then something wil have shrunk!:D

The Salter ones I got are nice and slim, less than a tenner, and do up to 3KG, so you can put a bowl or a pot on them, then zero it and then add your ingredients - so no washing up to do on the scales.

They're like this, but black instead of white.

Will have to make something lovely this weekend since I've got them.:D

those are the ones I was looking at (in black)... ooooh thanks... think I will go for some of those then! :D

Anoyone know when the new points get calculated when you become a new stone value...like going from 11st 1lb to 10st 13lb (I wish!!) , when does it become one point less on your daily allowance?

OK, maybe cos it's XX stone and 12.5lbs, maybe there's a cut-off point lower than 12.5:confused:
I'm full of the cold so I'm struggling not to fill up on milky coffee and a big chocolate bar - normally they'd perk me up - have had 4 antiseptic lozenges, and they're nowhere near as warming as the coffee and chocolate, but I'm holding out so far, I'm determined not to let a little cold ruin this week.

I've only got about 8 weeks till I go into hospital for my little op, I'd really like to take a few points off my BMI before then.:o
