    Right, off to microwave my WW curry. :D

    It's calling me again, that curry was child-sized! That's why it only had 3.5 points...

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    you should try and get some bits of salad or veg (only ones that you like of course... not mushrooms or tomatoes!!) and put with it!!

    easy for me to say tho... I always put a heap of salad or veg with whatever meal I have and always tuck into the dirty stuff like the meat and roasties/chips/or whatever first and end up leaving all the [STRIKE]good[/STRIKE] nutritious stuff!!

    :D
  • Tara - i'm finding the portion sizes tiny too! had 2 have 2 almond slices last nite as they were so tiny - didn't even taste that nice so next time will deffo get something chocolatey!! And now that i've invested in those darn scales, i'm finding that portions are REALLY SMALL! so am having to have a bit more and therefore extra points! 30g of cereal would leave me starving - i have 50g and that can keep me going till lunch!

    If i don't do 15 mins of stepping tonite- will go over points today for the first time! Got stung at work as shop had run out of jacket potatoes so had a hot mezzaluna bread thingy full of salad and then went upstairs and added my 1.5pt tuna & mayo filling! Delish - but can only guess at the points! the girl did say it was a lot less fattening than a baguette.

    lexuslass - I certainly will get some veg in there the next time (if there is a next time)!

    plzhelpmesave - I haven't started weighing out portions or cooking WW recipes yet, but I will... and I imagine that the portions are going to be shockingly tiny!!! blush.gif Did you do your stepping?

    I'm definitely over my 17 points today, I gave in to the Nutella craving and had a few more oatcakes. I'm really going to have to behave on hols!

    Oh this is where everyone went!! Was only for looking for recent posts on the Grabbit board. Had a more desperate hunt tonight as I have half a glass of wine left to last more all evening, no points and am feeling peckish to say the least!
