I tried on some of my old skinny stuff at the weekend... trousers and jeans that wouldn't even go past my knees, tops that wouldn't button or were bursting at the seams... I was so shocked at how much weight I'd put on. I thought that was enough to give me a good kick up the backside but maybe I need more. I might keep one pair of my old jeans on a hanger where I can see it every day, that would pr!ck my conscience.

Tara, that's a great idea... I have a pair of trousers I used to love which is what I am using as my goal... hanging them where I can see them everyday sounds good!

I was 2.5 points over yesterday (blaming those sodding Nik Naks I ate! :o )

I am on a mission as from today.... I've seen a coat I really like but am holding back from buying it... I don't want to buy it only for it to be too big for me in a few weeks!! lol!

still on £30 cashback, but it now costs £49.80 for the three month plan.

Still saving a chunk of money, so if you would join anyway make sure you go through Quidco.;)

Only a few lucky people got the minus 5p deal in wigwam's original grabbit post.

The WW yogurts are half a point each for toffee or vanilla plain ones, one whole point each for dessert flavour ones (the lemon cheesecake one is good, I'm going to look at Tesco though, they used to do a low fat version of this)

Thanks, although I meant how much in £s, not points! :rotfl:

The lemon cheesecake one was my fave, followed by the vanilla, yum!!! Must get some to satisfy those sweet cravings...

Let's do it! I'm off to dig them out. I was literally agape staring at them, thinking 'did I really used to wear those????' blush.gif They shall be displayed in the spare room from now on (I use it as my dressing room and usually get dressed in there in the mornings as I get up a bit earlier than OH).

Good for you holding off buying the coat! Just in case it goes out of stock, why not buy one a size smaller - you have 28 days to return it, by which time you will be well on your ay to fitting into it, but with a safety net. :D

Yep, lets... I was the same when I looked at my trousers

Note to self..... "Track points before scoffing like a pig in future!!!!" I am off to do my weekly shop tomorrow, so I am going to make a list (never normally do that!) and get lots of healthy low point bits and pieces!

I am going to do day 2 of the 30 day wii active challenge in a bit - I've got the two little ones at home with me today and it may be difficult... however, if I stick them in the playroom when "In the Night Garden" comes on, I may just have enough time to do it while they watch that! ;)

I did think about getting the coat, but think I will hold of for a little longer... maybe if I get down to the half stone mark, then I may just get it....

Egg white, never tried that, always thought it sounded too like meringue without the sweetness!!! :o I would maybe try an omelette made with one egg and one white.

I hate mushrooms unfortunately, and cooked tomatoes - I have this thing about cooked fruit :o Raw is fine OTOH! I'm a weirdo aren't I! :rotfl:

i know its not normal breakfast food, but have a look at the courgette pizza with onion and pesto on the WW website. it would be similar to having 'something on toast', and its only 2pts per serving - somtimes you have to feel naughty to feel satisfied, and just the thought of having pizza for breakfast might be enough to keep you going til morning snack time

Or if you like a big breakfast, then eat something that will take you through to lunchtime, like sardines on toast, or spaghetti/beans on toast. just because its breakfast, doesnt mean you have to stick to muesli and yogurt. if youre hungry, eat something that will fill you up, rather than grazing on small quick fixes

the cravings you are getting, is because you are having big ups and downs in sugar levels. sort these out, and you wont get that sudden urge to eat something sweet. If youre feeling hungry within an hr of eating, then the likliehood is you need a drink, not food (honestly if you really were hungry you would eat mushrooms and hot tomatoes lol)

i hope im not coming across too matter-of-fact, just trying to be helpful

    hmmmmm.....

One teaspoon of Marmite is 0 points.

A slice of toast (warburtons) is 1 point or 1.5 (Hovis).

However, a slice of toast and marmite is 3.5 points... any ideas?... the butter?
