how about an egg white omlette, with mushrooms and tomatoes - point free, and more filling than a snack

flea72 - thanks for the tip. I've already had an Ambrosia low fat custard... only half a point and seems to have taken the edge off it. CBA getting the frying pan out lol.

I'm going to be having a boiled egg or two for brekkie in future

boiled eggs are too high in points, and not filling enough, to use for a breakfast, espec if you are a snacker

2 eggs, and a bit of toast, will set you back anywhere from 5-8pts. thats what you should be aiming at for your main meal of the day to total

try something like oat so simple 2pts (made with skimmed milk), or mushrooms, tomatoes, egg white on toast for 1.5-3pts (depending on bread used) - both are slow release carbs, so you feel full whilst eating due to the bulk, but you get the slow burn, so you feel fuller for longer

Egg white, never tried that, always thought it sounded too like meringue without the sweetness!!! :o I would maybe try an omelette made with one egg and one white.

I hate mushrooms unfortunately, and cooked tomatoes - I have this thing about cooked fruit :o Raw is fine OTOH! I'm a weirdo aren't I! :rotfl:

    Just ate some chocolate gurrrr.

I feel so annoyed I can't even bring myself to track it. OK, I just did... 4 points. Brings me up to 28.5 points for the day, which means I've officially blown it. Even with the exercise I'm 8.5 points over - hlaf my 17 point allowance!!! I need to get away from eating that sort of thing, and get it out of the house.

I tried on some of my old skinny stuff at the weekend... trousers and jeans that wouldn't even go past my knees, tops that wouldn't button or were bursting at the seams... I was so shocked at how much weight I'd put on. I thought that was enough to give me a good kick up the backside but maybe I need more. I might keep one pair of my old jeans on a hanger where I can see it every day, that would pr!ck my conscience.

still on £30 cashback, but it now costs £49.80 for the three month plan.

Still saving a chunk of money, so if you would join anyway make sure you go through Quidco.;)

Only a few lucky people got the minus 5p deal in wigwam's original grabbit post.

The WW yogurts are half a point each for toffee or vanilla plain ones, one whole point each for dessert flavour ones (the lemon cheesecake one is good, I'm going to look at Tesco though, they used to do a low fat version of this)
