Well done everyone, Ive also discovered that my points have dropped by three to 22 points. I think this week is going to be harder but Im still motivated!!

I have tried ww before and failed, I think it has been because i wasnt organised and ended up eating the same old stuff for all my meals, salads and baked potatoes. I just ended up bored, this time I am much more motivated am trying out some of the ww reciepes.
I also prefer the online version, the site is great and easy to navigate. I used to dread going to weigh in classes and because I work shifts i couldnt always go, This is much easier.

Thank god for pink n whites, Im a nurse and on the ward we always get loads of choccies and biscuits, Its so hard to resist, this week I have just taken in some pink n whites(which I love anyway)and had them at tea time instead.

    xx

What are pink n whites? Are they sweets? TIA :o

mm 1lb on this week, not a surprise though, will try harder this week, it didnt help that I hadnt shopped in preparation for a diet but have done this week, so should do better.

Well done to everyone that lost weight.

Oh kaza, never mind! (((hugs))) You will make up for this week I am sure, now that you’re all organised. I’ve spent months gaining and losing 2lbs, I was actually 6lbs lighter in May than I am now and that annoys me sometimes… but hey! We can do it xoxo

wow gang! what a great first week we've all had - all of us have lost something - so well done to us all!

NBIRDY - blooming fantastic almost half a stone in a week is a great motivator - so keep it up hun x
TARA - may your 3,000th post be on this very thread!

I've been to the gym this morning but they didnt have the big 50p scale at this one,so am hoping to fit in a swim before i pick up the boys from school at the other gym so will so my "official" weigh in then. Unofficially, going by my home scale I am 12stone 10 - so a 2lb loss at least!

Are you all tracking your measurements too? I have lost 3cm off my waist! and 1cm each off hips and bust - managed to gain 1cm on my thighs!! must be my muscles straining to pop out! Anyway, thrilled about the inch loss - it just feels more definate than the weighing!

Had a boost this morning when one of the mums at school said I looked thin today! Wahey someone has noticed!

May start jotting down what i am eating here too -

B - weetos and semi skimmed milk
L - (just finished!) 3 ww wholemeal toast with low fat spread and salmon slices (aldi salmon - delicious!!)
D - chicken & prawn & vegetable stiry fry - but no noodles or rice thanks to my big lunch!
snacks - ww yoghurt, apple, tangerine, water!

Have 2.5 activity points today but am trying to save up all of these - hopefully will get to goal quicker!

Right that's enough gassing! Will be going to Intro To Body Pump class tonite and then hopefully start doing the class on a friday morning.

Have loads of returns to do today so out and about until school time - have a good (low point & fully tracked!) day everyone and let's all work hard to make it a good week girlies! x

plzhelpmesave, good luck with the official WI! WELL DONE on the inch loss, 3in on your waist is amazing!!!! I had been tracking my measurements but haven’t done so for months – must measure myself later.

Enjoy the body pump class, is that the one with the weights?

It’s great when someone notices your weight loss, you really are doing well! You’ll be shopping for a whole new wardrobe in no time :D

I’ve had the following so far today:

    250g low fat Greek yogurt
    2 pecans, 1 Brazil, 1 almond
16g dark chocolate (1/6 of a 100g bar) – really satisfied me, much more than milk choc would! Although I shouldn’t be eating chocolate at all… :o

I’ll add on lunch and track the points later.

    Have a good afternoon all!

caxton pink n whites are those wafer biscuits with the marshmallow filling. They are good if you are craving something sweet, put them in the microwave for a few seconds till all the malow starts to melt, they are lush.

Only downfall is they are half a point for one but 1.5 for two??? Dont really know why!

so by using the online tracker, the points would differ to doing the class version

as they books would only state 0.5pts per item, and not round up/down if you had more than 1 of something?
