hi pho u2, i 've got 7 days left before i move house , not had a letter since march , the last one (No 5 ) from zenith asking for reduced payment with 7 days to pay. so when i do move into my new home which will proably be late july i suppose they will have to start again with the dlva, my post will only be redirected for a couple of weeks, but even if i do get more letters i will still ignore, although i have read on here they can reappear months later soi wait and see.0

or even better..
or write to the land owner informing them that they are jointly liable for the harassment you are getting from thier agentsfor the alleged charges, and as such will be jointly liable for any claims that may be placed with a court under the protection from harrasment act
If the landowner sees the PPC (in this case UKPC) as a threat, and a liability that could have a negative impact, then they may get rid of them. This will mean that UKPC are denied the opportunity to fleece other motorists on that car park, and you will be doing your bit for society as a whole, saving countless other motroists from their fictious, and out of proportion parking fees. From the Plain Language Commission:

You don't want one, believe me - when you wife thinks you are mad for ignoring them and worrying the worst - even advised her to read these posts, but she's having none of it!!
Too much stress when it arrives, but soon gets filed in my desk tray and forgotten about!
Sit her down to watch this at least; posted from one woman (me) to another (your wife) - here is a solicitor on Watchdog about this scam:

And would she take the same advice from an expert barrister?:

I have ignored a fake PCN 4 years ago, all the letters of course. I already knew it wasn't a real fine so I just laughed when I saw the fake PCN and laughed at each letter as well. But my husband was concerned - he never did get it that this is all a scam. He thinks because the company had signs up in a Supermarket car park, and because the piece of rubbish on my windscreen looked like a parking ticket it must have been one and that somehow MSE helps people 'get off these' with some loophole!
You do know that all the 'scary letters' are there for your info in preview pics in our second to top thread? You can just play a nice game of snap!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is already on the agenda, just that I have been snowed under recently....0 -
Hi guys, just wondering if you can help me out.
I went to starbucks in december. Did not know that they have a time restriction for 90 mins. I didnt realise i went over the time limit until i received a letter through the post to pay £70. I ignored this letter as they didn't make the time limit clear enough in the car park.
3 months later I have received a letter from Debt recovery plus to pay £150.00!! they have quoted ' Section 4 of schedule 4 of the Protection Of Freedoms Act 2012 refers to ' the recovery of unpaid parking charges.' It states that the creditor has the right to recover unpaid parking charges from the keeper of the vehicle if certain conditions are met'.
If they do not receive full payment or contact from me with my proposal of payment, this matter may be passed to the landlords solicitor to commence country court proceedings.
The other responses have been from 2009 and this is recent, just wondering if I shall carry on ignoring?0 -
