    hahaha coupon-mad (very sad username)..

I would be careful what you are saying on these forums, ill-advising people to not pay as it is a ''scam'', sorry are any of you solicitors? or even work in the legal profession?

    I guess not...

    But are you a solicitor?

    I guess not...

    He is though

What PPC do you work for by the way ? :D
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

So for example if i parked my car in a disabled bay ( mainly because i could not be bothered to walk from the back of the car park to the shop), you could not find a disbaled bay to park in and had a disabled/elderly relative with you, would i be wrong?

You see when you put the boot on the other foot, things appear different dont they?

At the end of the day if the signs clearly state ''parking in a disabled bay you must display a badge'', i can not understand where the issue is..

If a space is taken it is stopping a disabled customer from parking on site....so surely a charge should be issued...don't you think?

You lot really are getting desperate aren't you? It just goes to show the power of the internet and how it must really be hitting into your money thieving scams. What's wrong, not making enough money these days?

You make me sick. If you do work for a PPC you're lying thief with no morals or scruples whatsoever. I sincerely hope you get clamped one day, i really do.

hopefully by LBS, that would be poetic justice.

If you have read some old threads - as you obviously have - you'd know that:

    1. I have personal experience and still consider private parking companies themselves the biggest issue - not finding a parking space. I have posted before that I have disabled relatives and until recently worked as a driver for disabled service-users. I have covered this a few times...yawn!

    2. Blue Badges don't apply on private land in England & Wales.

    3. Any 'disabled bays' on private land are advisory only. Pretty painted lines that mean nowt.

    4. Most importantly of all - did you not realise that if you issue one of your rubbishy fake PCNs to someone with a disability (albeit without a Blue Badge) then YOU would be breaking the law?! Without doubt you would be in breach of the Disability Discrimination Act. I also worked in recent years as a Manager in Disability Advice and had to know in depth, the implications of the DDA on retailers and service-providers (you obviously haven't a clue).

You see when you put the boot on the other foot, things appear different don't they? :rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Don't worry, they only post up to 20 times and then they get fed up. PPC's only have a short attention span, a bit like amoebae.

You all make me laugh, you must all be on the dole.

You all have the time to sit and write essays on how not to pay a parking charge ( sad really)....

If you have parked incorretly in accordence with the rules on site ( which are situated on the CLEAR signage) then what's the problem....pay your charge...

Theres plenty of things going on in the world, really dont understand why its such a big deal...

If you do not want letters regarding parking charges, then its simple really.........DO NOT BREAK THE SITE RULES!!!!!

Wonder if people was parking on your drive way whether you would feel the same then??? ( I doubt not)

i wanna meet you :D tell us which ppc you work for pretty please so my vehicle can obtain a "ticket" so you will take it to court.. i need a day out :rotfl::rotfl:

  • I got a parking charge notice from total parking solutions about 6 weeks ago and have had another letter in red, then received another letter from Debt recovery plus ltd with the aforementioned text about threatened court action etc etc.

The original TPS letter had a photographic evidence code which was assigned to your number plate and a website which you could visit to view the evidence. I went on there and typed in the code and it came up with along the lines of "invalid combination of code and registration" I did try this 3 times feeling rather confused that I may have made an error with the big long code but no, it does not work. So fter coming on here just decided to ignore it. What are the next steps which the debt company will take if any?

We move in 3 weeks and are re-directing the mail, changing driving licence details and v5's etc.

I can post a copy of the letters which I've received if this is more useful. (with obvious details excluded)

MSE is collecting the various PPC letter-chains. If you post the scans on this thread, they can be added to the others:
