I strongly suspect that Shaun Goater works for UKPC/Debt Recovery Plus. If you take a look at UKPC's website they quote exactly the same cases as the Goat does. And this web page from Debt Recovery Plus has this bit of nonsense:-

    CCJ's Issued

Contrary to what you may have read on various web forums Debt Recovery Plus Ltd DOES apply for CCJ’s against individuals and companies who resist payment. Please don’t believe everything you read on the forums. See the below list for some of the CCJ’s we have successfully applied for in recent months.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Me too, please give me a PCN as well if you are down South! :T

'Orange Steve' aka 'Shaun Goater', tell us more about your company - Debt Recovery Plus (plus what?) - 'applying for judgments'.

It's really that simple is it? You just apply and that's that?! :rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

  • I think I will apply for a judgement.

I judge that Shaun Gloater would be more aptly named Shamed To**er
  • Just come back in from the cold, cold snow and was hoping to be warmed by the sight of lists upon lists of judgments won. Regrettably I'll just have to keep warm by the fire.

I would love to know where you 'apply' for a CCJ.

I'm not a fan of David Cameron and would love to apply for a CCJ on him. Do they have a chain of shops on the high street or can I apply on an internet site somewhere?

Given who we think SG might be, is it just coincidental that there is an article about the real SG (ex-Man City footballer) on the "Who Ate All The Pies" blogsite. Read Here?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • Well I suppose that 24 posts is not a bad score for a troll, better than most. Pity he never really answered about the challenge or list the ""wins""case numbers, it might have been entertaining. Its back to normal then, ignore anything and post any empty threats about court.

Having read more about this case in particular, it seems in this instance the defendant had parked in an area intended for permit holders only, and the case was hinged on an admission of having been the driver at he time of the incident on the internet (possibly via a private message by a confidence trickster, possibly Mr Perky himself). Apparently the case was also poorly defended.

Strange how this one of few cases seems to keep getting trotted out though.

Aaw, has he gone? I was looking forward to his daily dose of drivel!
