Thanks Perky. We've heard the same line over and over and over but all you ever do is to trot out the same old cases. As well you know there were aspects of both the Paisley and Thomas cases that make them stand out from the crowd. Quoting these as "typical" examples is being, at best, disingenuous and no longer cuts any ice.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

The Pepipoo challange? Is that like the Pepsi challange?
It's a challenge that no PPC company or their debt collection companies can pass! Do you take that challenge?
  • And are you up to the challenge?????

  • So you will still not take the challenge up. Just as we all thought. Oh well just when we thought that you had the guts to do so you are like all the rest.
    Still no case numbers either.
    Most disappointing.

I have to take cases to court that I am involved with?

  • Its quite simple, just tell them you are interested, they'll go to one of your customers sites and get an invoice. They will ask you to collect the alleged debt and then it will become one of your cases.
Surely you would like to see the end of Pepipoo and dramatically increase your profits.

I note you are still not saying you will admit you were wrong if I won?
Your question has no appropriate answer as you are admitting you have not yet won. Repeating it won't get you anywhere!

Now if you will kindly take the pepipoo challenge, please! It costs you nothing and you have everything to gain!

So whats the point, you lot would still harp on about fix's, stooges etc.
    Get another hobby

Win the Pepipoo challenge and I'll happily admit you are right.
OK now the balls in your court but I'm not holding my breath that you'll do so this side of perdition.
Edit:- Still no case numbers though.
