I told you he wouldn't be here long, just like that BPA troll.

He will be sat in his seedy little bedsit hunched over is one bar electric fire absolutely seething with us and planning ways in which he thinks he can beat the people on here. Ah ah ah ah

Same probably with his mate Fat Boy Not So Slim (who ate all the pie's) Perky.

They are beaten, broken men. Ah ah ah ah

Let them crawl back under the stones from whence they came.

Let us hope another one of the deluded imbeciles comes along so we can
have some more fun.

I bet he still look's on here though. Ah ah ah ah ah

Having read more about this case in particular, it seems in this instance the defendant had parked in an area intended for permit holders only, and the case was hinged on an admission of having been the driver at he time of the incident on the internet (possibly via a private message by a confidence trickster, possibly Mr Perky himself). Apparently the case was also poorly defended.

Strange how this one of few cases seems to keep getting trotted out though.

The defendant admitted on Pepipoo he was the driver then tried denying it to the judge. The judge did not particularly like being lied to.

Most of the cases won on the CPS site, if not all of them, related to parking in car parks that operate a paid permit system.

I believe he had also parked there more than once so his denial of seeing the signs was not believed.

His defence was so incompetent some on the Pepipoo site believed him to be a stooge.

• That sounds just like the Shelley recently on there, supposedly lost case but no-one can find a record of it.

• It seems the pepipoo challenge is a bit more complex than I thought:-

"the pepipoo challenge was issued by Perky and taken up on here.
pepipoo just picked up the gauntlet that Perky threw down.
Perky refused to to progress it. huge surprise - not.
better called 'the pepipoo acceptance of a PPC challenge' "

So a ppc challenged pepipoo to park, they accepted and (I assume) said name the time and place but the ppc chickened out.

• Thats the same !!!! that Trethowans send out in their initial threatogram :rotfl:

still waiting to be taken to court from last June :D

strangely enough the chief executive of the NHS trust that issued the ticket hasn't responded to my letter asking why they issue fraudulent Fixed Penalty Notices, maybe the police have given them special dispensation;)
• Perky and assorted crony PPCs have probably told more lies about Combined Parking Solutions v Stephen Thomas than Porky has had hot pies. OK, maybe not quite that many. It's a landmark decision, the RK is liable for the driver, the RK can be presumed to be the driver, the lies go on and on. At least Perky had some small return for the thousands of hours he puts in trolling consumer sites under scores of user IDs.

It is true that Perky issued the Pepipoo Challenge and then chickened out of it. The excuse the coward used was that the court would be unhappy about a test case - clearly the self-proclaimed expert lawyer has never heard of the bank charges litigation. At least Planet Perky has an internet comnnection so he does not miss out on his favourite consumer sites. You never know when the missus might get a FPN from the cops and you might need the Pepipoo Eagles to help, eh Perky?

Speaking of the "Eagles" Perky, have you progressed beyond Bald, Golden and Eddie the in terms of who they are. Thought not.

That case struck me as very odd. How could a judge make "Shelley" responsible for the debt incurred by another individual. I know some on Pepipoo lept to the view that she was a PPC troll, sometimes there is too much of that, but something about that case struck me as very very odd.

• Unfortunately it is a mystery as she has not responded since. Maybe too embarrassed or similar. Surprising thing is that no PPC has been on crowing about it. This I feel is the strangest bit, I can't see them missing out on what seems like a win.

Ha ha anewman, very good. Although I cannot tell whether the round thing on the left is a pie or one of his many chins.

Scary thing is I think he may be winking at me. He does have the hots for me and has proposed a nice get together over coffee. Naturally there is an invoice for £100 if I fail to turn up, discounted to £50 if paid within 14 days.
