Shaun Goater You say that you often appear in court.

    As "The Accused", probably.:rotfl:
  • Maybe he plays tennis?

  • SG, I know the pepipoo parking and court challenge is still available should you feel that your case is so strong. They are more than willing to go to a car park of your choice (without being silly) and park, as you would put it, illegally and let you take them to court. Really its a case of Put Up or Shut Up. So far not one ppc or debt collectors has has the spherical objects to take them up on it. I'm betting you are just the same. Well????

  • I see he's registered on Pepipoo but hasn't dared post anything yet. More chicken than goat I think.
  • i hope he does post on there.

i have seen loads of ppcs posting on here and mouthing off saying they are in the right etc
then you ask them to show some proof and they disappear, how can this help them ,it makes them look like idiots.
i just can't understand it , it gives them no credibility whatsoever infact it does them more harm than good.

also when they pretend to be customers singing the praises of the ppcs, all i can think is their companies must be being severely hit in the wallet.

i'm hoping this one is different and actually does get into a reasonable discussion on pepipoo. i won't hold my breath though.

Pay the ticket. You wife took up a space that is inteneded to provide for someone with a toddler. It is difficult and dangerous for people with children to walk thru a car park with toddlers. That is why bays are provided for parent and toddlers. Everyday I see cars, vans etc parked in these bays. Would you people prefer parking anarchy where people park anywhere they like for however long they like? Probably!
So it cost the car parking company £135 for the 20 minutes more my car (not me) took up in a near-empty car park at gone 6 in the evening did it? And the threatening letters and lying communications I received afterwards. THIS is the reason you are scum.
Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Thank you.
  • I think SG's done what they all do, a few inflammatory posts and then he's gone, hoping that a few of the waverers will be tipped over the edge into paying.

I think you're all reading far too much into his absence. The pie shop's open.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

"Secondly the debt recovery company could take you to court if they now owned the debt".
With no court decision or written agreement there is no 'debt' to buy.
Just one of many fundamental errors displayed that even a first year law student couuld dissect. I would refer interested readers to the Law of Property Act 1925 as well as the aforementioned Consumer legislation.

The seems to be a case of a new poster that 'protests too much'. The conclusion is obvious is it not ?
  • Still waiting for the answer regarding the "challenge" and still waiting for all the court judgements which were defended.
