    Thanks Elle.

Question, Is is more :money:to buy nappies etc where they are cheaper or where you get points from ?

You've spotted that Tesco have them at £5 a pack too then ;) Depends how close Morrisons and Tesco are - does the petrol to get to Tesco cost more than the value of the points you'd receive, even once you'd x4 them for deals? :p

Personally, it's better for me to go to Morrisons as I won't end up browsing and risk cute clothes for Rhys falling into the trolley and spending way more than I need to, cancelling out any savings! :rotfl:

As I say I have just been through all the supermarket websites looking at the prices of them especially after Sami told me off for not bulk buying.... trouble is Morrisons have the good deal on wipes dont they and OH much preferes Morrisons compared to Mr T's .... might go there as a treat on Saturday instead of Aldi this week. Shouldnt need that much anyhow as we have been stocking up the freezer.

With mince etc that was in the slow cooker OH made 4 suet puddings so 3 of them went into the freezer last night

weezl especially but anyone else that uses them, could you pretty please point me in the direction of something interesting i can cook with lentils? i need to persuade OH that we arent going to turn into hippies for eating them and i bought a big bag which i havent nearly made a dent in from chucking the odd handful into mince dishes!

i would ask on the OS board but i'm scared of it now cos last time i asked something there they said OH was rude for being sick after i'd fed him something he didnt like :o he couldnt help it, and i didnt know he didnt like courgette lol

Apart from putting them in mince dishes and making lentils and rice, I put them in soups and and stews and sometimes make a lentil and veg curry. (Although when I do the curry I do a few different types of lentils.)

These would be ideal for us but MIL is normally called 'Granny' and her hubby is called 'Grandpa' ...

Mind you if I cant find any others I might just get these especially since they p****d us off by not coming to babysit in a couple of weeks so we could have weekend away before bump comes....

That slow cooker is turning into a bit of a saga. OH collected one from Sunderland on Monday. When I unpacked it yesterday morning, I found it was faulty (the pot was chipped on the underneath) but there was one available in Durham so I reserved it and OH went this morning to exchange. It was all fine but when OH was checking the new one, the Argos lady noticed the glaze on the inside of the pot was faulty so she reserved one in Chester-le-Street instead as he's passing that way tomorrow. I guess someone on quality control must have been having a bad day or something.
