Hope they don't keep you waiting much longer, Em! I meant to ask, what's the attraction to this job rather than going back to your old one? :)

I've got the tv on - like you Em, always do have even if I'm not really watching it :o

Have you had a smear before, AM? Having had both, I'd say an internal scan is more comfortable than a smear :)

elle, my work still havent got back to me on the hours thing so i dont know what they'll want me to do, the uniform is vile and uncomfortable (the buttons undo themselves all the time so you have to wear a t shirt or something under, so its always really hot - not good when you're running around, its also very absorbant colour wise so if you put it in with something a bit darker it absorbs it and they make you buy a new one as soon as it starts to become a bit off colour!!) and i really have a rather strong dislike for the a$$[STRIKE]istant[/STRIKE] manager there ;)
i would also prefer to not touch old mens greasy glasses covered in dead skin cells and eyebrow hairs and general grease and sweat all the time

this one is better money and the hours are 4-5 a day over 4-5 days which is much more flexible, and its just a plain old black polo shirt :rotfl: even i couldnt mess that up!!

:rotfl: Okay, good case, well presented! :p

Hmmm, right, bathroom is clean and tidy :D Washing up next, methinks... Rock and roll
  • AM, I'm with Elle... Internal scan is nothing really... Better than a smear because they don't really peer at what they're doing either, they're more looking at the screen than your foo...

I've just come over all Martha Stewart... Tea is in the oven / steamer... Just has to be put on when we get back from swimming, I even managed to make enough pie filling for 2 meals so the rest is in the freezer... Put a load on... Sorted Aimee's whites out ready for a bleaching (glo white in the washer had no effect...) Swimming bag is packet... Baby is in the car seat ready for baby massage... Then realised I forgot to eat lunch... Coleslaw sandwich and a mars bar later, I'm all set for my manic afternoon :D
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • afternoon girls. ive been here this morning, but not had much to say.
now i need to rant (please forgive me)
OH went out at 6am this mornin, told me last night he would be home arounf 12ish (read approx 12.30) but now its 1.30pm and im cross. mostly due to the fact that he said when he gets home i could go do as i pleased and he would have the kids.......so he is slowly but surely eating into the time that im actually going to have to myself. just as well i didnt arrange anything!!
that man makes me so mad.

sorry, rant over. thankd for listening.....off to sort out tax credits!!!! yuk
