hi carlamagee, is hubbie home yet, mine got me worried last night when he was half hr late hom from work without a text or call, i was paranoidly imagiining all sorts, bringing up two kids on my own etc, when he turned up he said he thought he'd told me. Don't know why i worried so quickly its only half hr, but night before we'd had to deal with the police re suicidal neighbour and it brought home how fragile life is, esp if your involved witha crazy drunnk driver.
Astonsmummy, i'm here but not for long haven't been around for a while and i'm not even gonna bother trying to catch up, so my apologies to anyone who thinks i'm ignoring them.0

I've made it with long grain before bruno, just cook it for a really long time and the rice sorta falls apart anyway!

Oooh, a bragging mummy moment, i was very pleased with molly yesterday she had a 2hr nap, woke up and played before i got her and when I did her nappy was dry and she walked to the bathroom and asked for the toilet. YAY!
Jack is at the dribble in the pants stage before he thinks about a wee, i'm trying to not remind him and let him learn about a full bladder. He's getting there, but i'm changing his pants several times a day, but that's fine as long as its not too long.0

Did she weigh him? Mine asked if we'd had her weighed recently and when I said no, she just said she looked okay but I should go and get her weighed when I got a chance.Scruffy HV just gone, no SS needed lol I managed to have a shower this morning so I didn't look like a tramp! She talked about weaning  I just smiled and nodded and after her speach she said but you probably know all that having done it before (well yes, derrr ) Its a good job I know what's what other wise what she said about Ed's weight would have (totally unnecessarily) worried me! (he dropped below 'the line' by like 2mm on the graph) ) Its a good job I know what's what other wise what she said about Ed's weight would have (totally unnecessarily) worried me! :T Clever Chris. Presumably he can't actually say "z" on it's own then? We don't think Alice can as she always calls it "zebra" rather than "z". She also sometimes can't say "J" at the beginning of some words so the other day she said, "J for Denny".Chris put on a nice show for her and I was flabbergasted (sp?) he went and got the foam letters from upstairs and pulled out the Z and said "That's for Zebra" then the J and said "j for Julie" :T He's never done that totally on his own and at random before :shocked:Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Anyone mind if I vent without reading back?

Had Ello weighed today, she’s put on 11oz in 3 weeks which is fab for her but unfortunately she is still under the 0.4 centile so they were umming and ahhing about referring her to the faltering growth team.
Everytime I go we see a different HV and I am threatened with this, so I had a bit of a wobbly and told them I don’t care what they do as long as they make a decision, so the HV is going to ring the Faltering Growth Team and see if they want to see her,
I’m glad that a decision is going to be made instead of the HV’s having a pop at me everytime we go but tbh its making me feel like a real failure, I’m Bfing her and making all her food myself so I feel like I must be doing something wrong.

She’s doing everything she should be at this stage, sitting up on her own, babbling picking things up etc, the HV said there’s nothing wrong with her development and I (and everyone else who knows her IRL) am sure she’s just small so why has all this made me feel crap?MFW Start Sep 07 £79484, Now £587740
