Remember all those 07xxx call through services to call other countries as part of your inclusive minutes? Several places started charging for them.

That can't happen to 03 numbers.

Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same or less than calls to 01 and 02 prefixed numbers and will be included as part of any inclusive minutes or discount package.
These rules will apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.

Still says votes this week "zero" maybe they havent got the sponsors they hoped for or the phone company didnt get paid ?

I used it last week and it worked fine. Except that the sponsor was the RSPCA and I wasn't about to donate money to them so they could use it to pay for my X-Factor vote. The flaw in the business model, given all the publicity the site has had in the last week, is that any advertiser is signing up for potentially unlimited liability with a lot of callers multiple dialling so the advertising has limited effect. So it has to be a big name advertiser that won't be easy to convince - why not advertise on radio and get far more than 8000 listeners.
