i know it seems a big outlay, but work out how much you normally spend on sanitary products over the next 10yrs, and you will see what a saving you are making
even if you only spend £1.50 a month on tampons, thats £180 over 10yrs!!!

Yes I know I'm squeamish but - no. Just no! I'll pay my £180 gladly!0

Or you could try the Implanon implant - can stop periods altogether in some women.
Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.0 -
My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I think the Mooncup is an amazing invention although I was squemish at first too, but you get over it and it's so much healthier than tampons or pads!
I've had mine for 4 years and actually it's so great not to have to go and buy tampons every month0 -

Or a mirena coil, most people stop having periods with that too after the first couple of months. It is also the most reliable form of reversible contraception, lasts five years and is reversed immediately when it is removed so you don't have to wait for the effects to wear off. It is suitable for lots of people who have side effects with other hormonal methods too as the hormone levels are lower!
Can you tell I'm a convert!
Depo provera has a similar effect too.0 -
So have many younger girls tried the mooncup? I'm really interested in this, I hate all the waste with normal products. I've read quite a way back into the thread and women who had children are mentioning even the small size would have been difficult before they'd had children... I'm 22, no children.0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100
